This place is remarkable. The owner was offering everyone unlimited samples, which is unheard of. The choices of flavors and the quality of the food being organic and freshly made and homemade is so unique. I’m not even a big fan of ice cream and the caramel crack ice cream that I had was one of the best flavors I’ve ever had. I encourage everyone to come here and you will not be unsatisfied. Great to support a tremendous business like this. Keep up the great work.

Ordered the crunchy and the bread is good and tasted sweet. The beef patty was a bit dry and chewy. The truffle fries are good. The chicken nuggets are a but dry but crunchy.

Delicious meat. Hawaiian bun such a treat. Wish the red onions were raw. Fries aren’t very crispy and didn’t have much flavor, had to add salt.

We are locals here in Healdsburg and took our family here when it first opened and it was great, everyone enjoyed the food and ice creams. However we recently went back because my sister in law was craving their fries and we spent around 60.00$ for 4 fries, a burger, and 1 scoop of ice cream. It was pretty busy so we did expect a wait however 2-3 families that ordered after us got their food before us and it was cooked food not the ice cream so it wasn’t faster to make than ours. The wait in total was around 35 min which is expected but to see people who order after you get their food first is confusing.
Yet we we did get the food the only thing really edible was the ice cream unfortunately. All the fries were cold and stale, while the burger was smushed at the bottom of the bag and it was inedible due to the high volume of mustard that was on it. We didn’t ask for anymore fries because of the previous wait period, but my brother asked for a new burger since that’s what the kids wanted. We ended up waiting another 25 min with no burger and the kids became more agitated so made it impossible to stay any longer and wait so we took a business card and left.
We reached out through email in hopes that maybe we could get a store credit or a refund considering 60$ is very expensive for us and it was a treat for the family but no one has gotten back to us. We love supporting local businesses and will spend our money if it’s worth it but with how expensive everything is and prices going up it’s a big deal when you’re not satisfied with the product.

Long wait, only to receive our order with food missing and food made wrong. Four for lunch. Ordered 4 burgers, received 3. Ordered 3 fries, received 0. Server at counter re-ordered the missing burger and fries. Never got them. The food we did get wasn't made as we'd ordered it. The recompense? A refund solely for the missing food. We had to go somewhere else to eat after this waste of time. Another family next to us got similar service--long wait, then food missing, and the food they got was made wrong.
Ordered a Bacon Piggy, one of the tastiest burgers I have had in a while. Thick cut bacon, full of flavor, with extra maple hickory sauce they make there. Killer, filling and best deal on the Healds plaza.

It’s hard to beat for value for money within walking distance of the square… The burgers were okay, the chicken sandwich was horrible (mystery chicken squished into a patty). Was not super pumped to see one of the cooks eat something out of the fryer, lick his fingers and then with the same hand put pickles and onions on someone’s burger. Gross.

The price is good, but the burgers need some work. I got take out and when I got home to eat my burger it was soaked through with grease. There was also way too many grilled onions. My wife had the chicken sandwich and she said it was cold in the middle. The Healdsburg plaza really needs a nice fast casual burger joint so hopefully things improve. Running restaurant is a work in progress so I'm not ready to give up on the place.No complaints about the ice cream, it's very good.
