Delightful experience! Exceptional wines! Knowledgeable and welcoming team. A must when in Sonoma.
good wine
Had a tasting with Akayla as a walk in and was so glad I took the time to stop on my wine tasting itinerary to be spontaneous and try this winery. Of all the wineries I’ve been to the Chardonnay was life altering, and the Pinot was absolutely delectable as well.
Akayla remembered that the Chardonnay was my favorite and added a little extra pour.
We will be joining their waiting list and look forward to drinking more of these delectable wines!
I happened to have some business nearby, so I decided to buy some wine, so I stopped by without making an appointment, but they were kind enough to accommodate me, and I was able to purchase the wine without any problems. I sampled a few and bought a pinot noir. The view was good and the staff was polite. Of course, the wine had a good aftertaste and was very delicious. I think I'll buy Chardonnay next time.
A nice winery. Pinot noir was delicious
Wonderful time at J Rochioli Vineyards. One of the most approachable tasting and bottle prices in the area, whilst boasting some remarkable wine. Have gone twice now and everything from the tasting room staff (Akayla Miller), the atmosphere, and the wines themselves are incredible! Picked up some Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. Could not recommend more highly, a stunning place to soak in the beautiful California weather, learn about a true family-owned winery, and enjoyed unique wines from a master winemaker. Cheers to Rochioli!
It was one of our most special winery visits. It was an excellent flight of wines.
The wine was amazing, the service impeccable. I could really taste the blood sweat and tears of the improperly treated illegal immigrants who made this delicious wine possible.
One of my favorites in Sonoma! The wines are great (esp. their sauvignon blanc) and I love the quiet, exclusive outdoor patio. They are reservation-only and they waive your tasting with the purchase of 2 bottles. Trust me - you will want to buy as many as you can. We have come 2 years in a row and will be back again, for sure!
Wonderful wines

We had decided not to do any vineyards tasting but after reading in a Sonoma magazine how this family vineyard came to be we decided to drive an hour north of Sonoma town. It didn’t disappoint! The friendly lady doing our tasting had even lived in 2010 in Liestal, Switzerland close to us in Basel! All 4 wines we tasted were exceptional. I love the way they make their non typical Rose. Thanks for letting us know where to buy in Switzerland and now enjoying the 2 x bottles of Chardonnay we could take with us. Beautiful wines and a beautiful setting, very normal with no pretentiousness! Thanks again!
Great Pinot Noir, but definitely more of a tasting room than a winery experience especially if the weather forces you inside. Not a good value given the price of a tasting.
Very Italian-like location.Excellent wines.
Very nice tasting area overlooking the vineyard near the river. Rose of Pinot Noir was a treat. They add back in 2% of Pinot Noir. Had lovely body for a Rose. Enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc along with the Pinot.
Beautiful place, nice wine and experience. I recommend tasting at Richoili.
