Finally made it here on the drive up towards Mendocino and had a nice BBQ takeout meal to sit and eat at the park across the street (since they no longer have their own parklet patio). The hush puppies were amazing and one of our favorites. The brisket was very very good! Definitely worth a stop if you're already passing through, but wouldn't go out of the way to have again. And the mac and cheese was good - more creamy than cheesy.

Beer and smoked meat? Sign me up! I come to this place once a year when I visit Healdsburg for a bike ride. Every year it doesn’t disappoint. Five star for sure.

Picked up take out on the ride back from the Mendocino coast. Tender & tasty brisket. Delicious smoked pork ribs. Husband loved the chili. Would return again when we are in the area.

10/10!!! Brad went the extra mile and was the best he is one of the best owners ever and is super nice and kind. Our server was amazing she was enthusiastic and helpful and nice. The food was…wow awesome and delicious very well presented. The place was decorated very nicely and it was a bit pricey but I will always go back.
Food was solid for an area that’s a tourist hotbed. It’s not BBQ from middle America, but it more than scratched the itch. We enjoyed the ribs and brisket very much and would order them again. Cornbread muffins and the side of broccolini were good. Probably should have elected for the vinegar slaw over the extra bland and disappointing mac and cheese. The service team was delightful and worth 6 stars. Atmosphere was great. California’s beer scene is decades behind Oregon, but the bar here gives an honest effort. Would return.

The barbeque is pretty decent and they make strong drinks. The best part about this place is it's staff and location, definitely a great place to stop.
