We had a wonderful experience tasting the Merriam wines today and touring the vineyard with Peter Merriam . It was a pleasure to learn about their certified organic growing practices and their beautiful wines. We highly recommend a visit here.

Rhonda was so welcoming during our wine tasting. She was able to personalize our flight and educate us on different varieties of wines. We also got a visit from multiple dogs while on the property! Walking the vineyards on our own was a real treat as well. We would rate 6 stars, definitely come here during your time in Sonoma!

10 outta 10! Definitely loved how kid friendly this place was! Literally felt like family. Dog friendly also ! We dropped in 1 afternoon when just browsing for a place to go and I'm literally speechless! I have very little words except this is an exceptional place. Thanks to our hosts! We showed up near closing on a day of going to a couple wineries.We were greeted by Scott with a glass of wine my partner was hoping to meet the winery dogs as we brought our dog along and heard about how dog friendly this place was, unfortunately their dogs were not available. However, they were very kind to us and our pooch. This is a nice winery with organic wines.very knowledge staff and great product we wished we had more time here.

Claudia guided us through the tasting in a relaxed, personal way, which made the experience even better. A great stop if you appreciate good wine in a beautiful setting.

Don’t miss Merriam! This beautiful family owned winery was the best hospitality and wine I have EVER experienced at a winery. The eastside fumé blanc was my groups favorite. Scott, Claudia and Lauren were excellent hosts. The location is an easy exit off the highway but the tasting room is beautifully placed in the vineyard and olive trees so you do not feel like you are close to the highway. We hope to visit again soon!

This was our first winery during a girls’ trip, and Merriam set the standards high! As we parked, one of the employees greeted all 8 of us with a glass of Chardonnay (which was delicious!). Bonus: winery dog Yogi welcomed us as we exited our van!
Our wine ambassador, Henry, was a delight, and taught us so much about Merriam Winery and their delicious wines! Henry was so friendly, and we enjoyed our afternoon with him.
Tess took us on a little tour, and she was so fun that we wanted to hang out with her all day! She educated us even further on the wine making process, and was a joy to be with!
Some of us immediately joined the wine club, and I can’t believe I actually purchased a Chardonnay! We also loved the Rose, Malbec, and Rockpile Cab.
We will definitely return to this amazing gem in Healdsburg!

The grounds were beautiful. We even got to meet a couple dogs at the property. I would highly recommend paying them a visit next time you're in Healdsburg!

There are a lot of wineries in the area, but Merriam Vineyards felt like a real gem. I reserved a Winery Tour for two, and it did not disappoint! We even even greeted with glasses of Chardonnay just moments after our arrival, and it only got better from there. My wife and I loved seeing the various dogs roaming around, the ambiance and beauty of the place, and just how friendly and warm everybody there was. We even had the opportunity for some barrel tastings, which I never had done before. All the wines were great, their organic practices definitely make a difference here! Definitely add Merriam Vineyards to your Healdsburg itinerary!

Stopped in last minute on a road trip with my sister and we were so glad we did! We were met in the parking lot with a glass of wine and 2 adorable dogs! We did a tasting and they were super relaxed and knowledgeable, walking us through everything we needed to know. The owner even stopped by to chat for a bit too. We ended up buying a few bottles, including a Malbec, which I typically don’t like, but theirs was great! Highly recommend swinging by if you want a down to earth wine tasting experience!
