First they drop a pizza. Then I have to wait for another. Get home to cold pizza (from the one they didn't drop) and a warm pizza with barely any toppings. There must be new owners that bought this place. They're always late and quality has gone down!

INSIDE ALERT!!! The people who work at this particular site are all idiots! I was on the phone with one person trying to order a special 1 item large pizza ($17.99) to which I added 2 additional items (about $2.00 each). The total for the special should've been 21.99 , after tax & delivery it came to $29.99. I asked for a breakdown of the charges next thing I know I'm speaking to a woman . Again i tried to order with her this odot couldn't focus on what i WANTED she kept asking if i wanted this other pizza that was similar to what i wanted but not on special. My son got on the phone trying to make her understand then she started throwing her weight around telling us she didn't have to take our order etc. THE STAFF IS BOTH D*** & RUDE.

Never have I felt so angry about a restaurant experience . We called at 1pm to pick up a pizza at 145pm. The nice guy on the phone, Alex, said no problem. We arrived at 148pm and they hadn't even started the pizza. The very unprofessional and rude man at the counter didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead he said flip comments and made their problem my fault. I will never again return to mountain mikes!

Still haven't been able to get my money back. Update: After being asked "how do we know you didn't already eat it and are just trying to get another one for free?" I drove down there with my nasty old uneaten pizza, argued with 3 people, and finally got my money back. What can I say, they really brought out the Karen in me!

Pretty disappointed. I'm not going to write a whole review. I understand language barriers but the person on the phone should have been a bit more pleasant. He hung up before giving me my total or an estimated time. I know it's a holiday but seriously; it was as if me spending money on a pizza was a problem. Edit: he read my card number/exp/Security code out loud.Good luck, most likely won't order again.

Terrible. My pizza didn’t have all the toppings listed on the menu and the toppings we did get were super skimpy. The worst Mtn Mikes Ive been to. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Stopped in for lunch and paid fir the buffet. Pizza selection was terrible. I was here for an hour and 1 pizza brought out. 5 people standing in line for more pizza. Thankfully I am only here for the day. I don't think I would be coming back soon. not worth paying for. Service was not good either. Disappointed. I eat at many different MMikes during my work travels, but myst say this is not one of the better ones to visit.
horrible waited 2 hrs for a delivery 1 hr into it I called to check they said it was on the way now one week later I am still trying to get the amount of the total refunded to the card I will never order from mountain Mike's healdsburg again
