First time to the new location. What a bummer.
The pastries and bread are still great. 5 stars. But, the new location is soulless. think tall cafeteria with green halogens in the ceiling. Only one window by way of the garage door on the far side. The only natural light.
Sadly, no one can see the process anymore. All baking is behind closed doors.
We routinely drove 45 minutes to get here, didn't care about the parking and liked the cute seating outside at the old place. Now it's a strip mall and the line is even longer.
I guess the modernization is all lost on me.

I was really excited to try this bakery, but was disappointed by the pastries we ordered. We ordered 8 different items, and they were good but nothing exceptional. Croissants were okay, borderline stale and not crispy at all. Cinnamon roll was extremely dry and hard, even hard to cut into with a knife. The oatmeal whoopie pie was yummy but the frosting was really really sweet (and I love sweet things). The cannelle was my favorite. The morning bun was just okay.
It pains me to write this review because I support small businesses, especially bakeries. But I’m writing this to inform other prospective customers of my experience. I think the quality of the pastries has declined due to their recent expansion into the new space. My trustworthy friends raved about this bakery, but they both went to the old location, not this new big one.

Great venue in terms of space, staff and baked goods. Coffee is still American coffee, so very weak 😊 The scone has marzipan throughout which is a nice change up.

This is seriously the best breakfast spot!! We tried most of the things on the menu, and our favorites were the baked eggs, quiche, and the morning bun (had an amazing salted duck egg filling). The waffle is a must try - not your ordinary waffle. The egg in the Turkish breakfast was also cooked perfectly. The ambiance is fun and open, and the service was excellent.
Everything they have there is so good! Flakey croissants, good coffee/matcha, breakfast toast and sweet tarts/cakes.

Late December 2025 Local well known bakery that also has a small dining and limited dining 🍽 menu. What sets this place apart from other local cafes is their distinct range of breads and pastries that aren't commonly found elsewhere. The baked goods range from traditional creations but from a varied selection of culinary influences mainly from Europe and Middle Eastern regions which reflects in the diverse ingredients and methods used.
The counter service is the hub while limited seating is available.
Expect queues usually on regular dining times of operations. The place is modern and industrial.

They deserve their high ratings. Between the three of us we purchased a wide variety of items. All were delicious, fresh and some of the best we’ve had. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!

Seems to be a nice local hangout where you can get non-seed oil croissant, butter, and their coffee is really delicious

I seek out pastries everywhere I travel and these stand out as some of the best. We went on Saturday morning and there was a line. It moved quickly. Everything we tried was amazing. A couple of places to sit outside and a tight parking lot. 10/10!!
One of the best cappuccinos I have had in the USA, food was excellent also. Friendly and fast service!
