We came as a late birthday celebration for my dad and our tasting was amazing. Our host Natalie was incredible. Informative, fun, relatable and full of energy. She truly made our tasting memorable. Wines were phenomenal and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Seghesio. The wine was delicious, which it always is, but what really made our experience was Natalie C. She was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Would love to have Natalie host us again!

Nestled just blocks from downtown Healdsburg is Seghesio. For over 100 years they've been producing amazing reds, mainly known for their Zins. They also make one of my favorite local white wines, Vermentino. The tasting room staff are super friendly and have always been happy to answer my questions or help arrange any of my requests. The indoor tasting room has big windows where you can peek into the cellar. The outdoor seating area is spacious and you can find a secluded area for privacy. The winery also has two bocce ball courts which can be reserved. I've visited the winery a handful of times and finally decided to join. Members get a handful of benefits including a discount.

I visited the beautiful tasting room and winery several weeks ago and was hosted by a lovely young lady named Natalie. She was new to the company but full of passion and knowledge about the wines. She had even done a little formal research before my visit and had a little brochure prepared for me. I asked for a tour of the winery and she kindly obliged and even knew quite a lot about the production equipment. After that, she walked me through each of the wines, starting with the whites and moving to the reserve reds. She explained that the winemaker's new style was a little more austere and not quite as extracted as in the past. While I do prefer darker, richer wines I found their wines to be very good. I noticed that a couple of my old favorites weren't on her list to taste but when I mentioned this she opened them on the spot. I bought a full case of wine and joined the wine club which I highly recommend that you do. Ask for Natalie when making your appointment and you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Turned away. I was a fan of Seghesio and happened to be in Healdsburg. Stopped by the tasting room about 3:20 on a Saturday. The parking lot was about 25% full. Saw about 3 groups sitting outside and maybe about 2 couples sitting inside. When I asked to do a tasting they said they were all booked and couldn't accommodate more. This is the first time I have ever (in 35 years), been turned away at a tasting room. I was a big fan of Seghesio before but I'll never buy another bottle of their wine, There are plenty of other high quality, lesser known, choices in the Healdsburg/ Dry Creek Valley area and I would encourage you to try some of them.

A nice place to go for a tasting. We are outside and the bottle is brought to the table and the wine is introduced. If you want to buy wine to go with it, you can.

Seghesio was our second wine tasting for the day and it was our favorite by far! Tony Sciullo was our VIP liason and he was such a pleasure to host us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our questions. The wines were so delicious that I decided to sign up for their wine club as well. After our tasting, we bought a bottle of wine to drink there while watching others play bocce ball on their grounds. So worth a visit if you are in the area and love wines. Also ask for Tony.

Seghesio was the first wine stop of our girl's trip last weekend. We arrived to a lovely table with Tony as our host. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the family history. We tasted some delicious reds and ordered several to ship home. The tasting room is very pretty and comfortable, and Tony made it extra special. I was already a fan of Seghesio wines, but now I'm a super fan- thanks for a wonderful visit!

I love their wine I'm really hoping that I will get the elite invite to the Yelp event! I've never done a tasting at the Vineyard and wow what a cool experience this would be.

Seghesio definitely has been the best wine-tasting I’ve been to so far! They have a lovely outdoor seating area and a convenient reservation process. The staff were very hospitable and informative- they accommodated our group despite the delays and changes to the reservation. Tasting rooms are both indoors and outdoors- depending on the weather. The outdoors section has rocking chairs and beautiful big trees providing shade- I could spend hours there! There were a total of 8 wines- with the tasting we selected. Mostly Zinfandels, which are my favorite. Each vintage had a history and distinct taste. Our favorite was the wine made out of grapes grown in Rockpile.I’d highly recommend Seghesio for wine-tasting, it’s a very personalized, warm experience.Note- they are pet-friendly, we left our pups behind but they do allow dogs in their outdoor area.

Super cute outdoor area and really nice people working at this family winery in Healdsburg. It was very close to my hotel so decided to eat a delicious sandwich from Big John's Market in their patio before checkin. I bought a bottle of Chardonnay (though they are known for Zins) which was smooth and not too oaky, and only $24. Family and dog friendly. The sun was shining in mid-February and they had a lovely tall oak tree with other shaded areas nearly. Lots of rocking chairs and other comfortable seating. Will be back!!
