Starbucks

I've been coming here regularly for about 18 months and enjoy it immensely. The staff are courteous and friendly (none of the smug faux-hipster crap I sometimes see at other coffee joints), and the atmosphere is generally mellow, even when it's busy.

been going here forever and the workers have never messed anything up. been addicted recently to a new drink and tori (one of the employees) remembered i got caramel drizzle in my drink (i forgot to say it when i ordered) dare i say they makes the best drinks ever (#sorry my boy jax) all the employees are super sweet and have amazing service and also make drinks super delicious!! no other starbucks can compare to this one. the nugget ice is superb

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while. I’m in here every Sunday, like clockwork, to grab coffee for a client who has an equally consistent order. Sometimes, I will bring him in with me, if he’s up for it. He has a little trouble communicating and is very particular about how his drink is made. He never means to be impolite, but it is not uncommon for people to interpret the way he speaks and asks for things, as being rude. Your staff is stellar. They demonstrate patience and compassion, while remaining engaging and 100% professional. You’ve got people that are making the face of your franchise look REALLY good and it is worth stating very bluntly, that you are lucky to have them. I have had the pleasure of interacting primarily with Alex and Tory. These two improve my day with their positive attitudes and accommodation and, no offense to the company, make me actually look forward to going into Starbucks. The people you have here, have made me a convert and more inclined to frequent your stores in other areas.

Wheelchair accessibility: This pertains to my situation, as my client is wheelchair bound. This place is easy to get in and out of and most of the tables are perfect height.

There were other coffee options in town, but this one was convenient. We stopped here for some coffee before meeting friends for lunch. It was worth our while.

Always good and predictable. My favorite refresher is the Venti Iced Latte with 2% real milk. Great post-ride beverage. (A warmed Ham and Cheese Croissant is also a nice pick-me-up after a long ride.

I'd say that the quality is only middle-of-the-road for Starbucks locations, but the service and ambience are both great. Employees are always super friendly and go the extra mile, which is a really nice surprise coming from the East Coast, service is super fast, and I love the mixture of seating options and the working outlets. Recommended as a place to stay and enjoy a drink, although there are better options in Healdsburg if you're taking an order to-go if your'e not .
