I'd say that the quality is only middle-of-the-road for Starbucks locations, but the service and ambience are both great. Employees are always super friendly and go the extra mile, which is a really nice surprise coming from the East Coast, service is super fast, and I love the mixture of seating options and the working outlets. Recommended as a place to stay and enjoy a drink, although there are better options in Healdsburg if you're taking an order to-go if your'e not .

It's a Starbucks. Food and drinks are predictable, but this location is downright filthy. I was in here for an hour and none of the staff made any rounds to clean tables off and judging by the trash and crumbs on the floor, the floor is a weekly clean. I'm not even going to describe the horrors in the bat

Where to begin?, because, this Starbucks is probably the best in the entire state of California. Let's see, the bathrooms don't need keys, tokens, coins, or keys, and there are two, so that's another plus. They still have outlets, so, sitting, charging, and drinking coffee, are definitely things you can do here. Large windows, the entire front side, so, if you do have something charging, and want to run outside for a quick smoke, you can see your stuff. The staff, no matter when I have ever come in, and I have been coming to this specific Starbucks for years now, they are always very friendly, and for some reason, all the genders are really hot, like they must all be models at the same agency or something. Store is always very clean, air conditioner always works, heat in the winter, and they have this really long order bar, if say there were twenty different orders, none would be touching, and still be easy to differentiate. This used to be the home of the first Clover machine for northern California Starbucks stores, but, unfortunately they don't have one here anymore. So, for a stress free, coffee drinking morning, you can never go wrong with this Starbucks. If I could give them six ?, I would, they deserve it.Vegetarian options: Pretty standard Starbucks vegetarian fare.Kid-friendliness: It's more than kid friendly, this place is "everyone friendly"Parking: It's in a plaza, probably over a hundred parking spaces, overallWheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair friendly, as both front doors can open.Dietary restrictions: All ingredients are either posted, or easy to ask for, so, if you aren't sure, just ask a barista.

Orders are made quickly and with a smile. Just a lot of snobby people who go in and show no respect to the crew for there hustle and kindness. It's Starbucks so it's consistent on quality/ taste.

I've been multiple times over the last almost decade. Less since I moved elswhere, but thank you very much to the barista who made/had some extra blended Acai (lemonade?), and gave to my son. We appriciate it very much. Just wanted to shout you out (especially since it is Christmas).
