I ordered my usual, a caramel latte, and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The coffee was perfectly brewed, with just the right amount of sweetness from the caramel. The foam was also expertly crafted, with beautiful latte art on top.The pastries at Starbucks were also delicious. I tried the croissant and the blueberry muffin, both of which were flaky and buttery. The blueberry muffin had a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness from the berries.One thing that I appreciated about Starbucks was the consistency. No matter where I go, I always know that I can count on the same high-quality coffee and baked goods. This Starbucks location in Healdsburg was no exception.The only downside of my visit was that the seating area was a bit crowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy my coffee. However, I was able to find a cozy corner eventually, and it was well worth the wait.

So I went to the Starbucks in Healdsburg California. It's near the center of quaint and attractive downtown at a strip mall with a Safeway and Dollar Tree, amongst other stores. The store has an attractive layout with different types of seating options. There are high tables, low tables, lounge type chairs. It's a good sized dining/ lounge area and the staff area is the typical Starbucks open view plan. Service was good. My drink was prepared quickly and was well made. A quick trip to one of the non-gender specific restrooms resulted in a pretty shocking sight, especially in an establishment that serves food and drink! Please the the photos! And I'm not just talking about messy or icky. It appears as though the toilet seat has permanent staining on it that just cannot be ignored. So one has to assume that employees and management use this same restroom. I figured "I sure hope management replaces the toilet seat because it's really off putting and implies unsanitary conditions with food and drink. A MONTH LATER I returned to the Healdsburg Starbucks over a month later. Service was again good. My drink was good....and the same bathroom....looked the same over a month later!! How is this okay with a Starbucks manager? Starbucks is one of the global powerbrokers and you can't replace a $40 toilet seat? If this is a long term condition of the restroom, it should make customers wonder about the cleanliness and food safety policy at this store. Dear manager- Please contact your corporate office regarding your restrooms. Replacing your toilet seats should be a standard recurring maintenance cost that will pay dividends by hopefully not scaring customers away and it will show that you want guests to be safe and comfortable. Thank you!

This place is slow af! Ordered through mobile order, walk in 5 minutes before it's ready but took way longer than Estimated pick up time!! There's 2 customer inside!!!! Go somewhere else!

terrible service, i waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken when there was only one person in line in front of me and she had gotten two pink drinks. I ended up leaving because it took so long. i work at the starbucks in the same parking lot and i know it does not take that long to make two pink drinks.

This is seriously the best of the best Starbucks in our county. The manager is nothing less than amazing with her pride in caring for her customers. Literally zero judgment, it’s like being at a Starbucks in heaven. Seriously am going to go out of my way to for this to be my driving go to Starbucks… Thank you so much for caring for your customers… ❤️???☀️

Not a very friendly cashier this morning. Didn't have the name available on but the cashier that continued to refer me as sister. A shorter lady with a more raspy voice and hair up. Pretty unprofessional, rude and demeaning when I ordered.
