Worst subway ever, they messed up my online order and when I try to call them and let them know they don't answer the phone, I literally tried calling over 30 times!!! Never eat here!!!
Every time I go they are closed! They are closed by 7:00pm ! I see employees inside, they see me trying to open the door and they just turn around and ignore me. The website and the door sign says their open til 9pm… the neon sign is on OPEN!!I guess they don’t want business, change your sign and website if you are closing earlier! So frustrating!!!!!

OK the lady and dude that have have been working at this location are super nice! She is always packing my sando extra full! I get great happy attitude everytime I walk in! Stuff is more fresh then other subways when I go in usually.

My wife and I are regulars at your Healdsburg sandwiches. We said yes. She started making my wife's sandwich. She started to put items on the sandwich my wife didn't ask for. We asked her to take off at least the jalapeño. She did begrudgingly with mean look. By that time she forgot who's sandwich she was making. She started to put the fully made sandwich on the heating tray to be toasted. She then ask my wife what she wanted on her sandwich. I told therapy she already made .my wife's! Can you make mine, I said. After she argued with us about who is who she decided that she was not gonna finish our sandwiches. She handed ours to the guy working the register and started cussing in Spanish. I spoke up and said that we no longer wanted our sandwiches and walked out. We avoid going to your place early in the day because she is always rude to us. She has extremely poor customer service skills. She should be fired. She is driving your customers away and treats her coworkers horribly.! We also can't use the bathroom there. The still have it closed for covid. Every other restaurant and business in the center has a fully operational bathroom.

There's a lady that works there usually in the morning who is extremely rude and has an angry disposition to her personality. I was there this morning with my husband and she forgot who's sandwich she was making, got super mad about it, started talking to her coworker about us in Spanish and handed him the sandwiches to make for us instead. This isn't the first time she's done this to us. We just said nevermind and walked out.
Closed half an hour before their posted temporary hours. Unprofessional, unforgivable, and unacceptable.

Would have been better, but the guy who was working behind the counter could have cared less. Forgot the Mayo and mustard. Sand which was very dry and wheat bread tasted stale. Won’t be back. Find a different sandwich shop!!!

After hearing Subway's tuna sub contains zero tuna, I decided to order a footlong tuna to see for myself. I ordered it online to take advantage of their 15% off for their "100% wild caught tuna". Subway is running this tuna promotion to get the public to buy their tuna subs. I ordered it for contactless curbside pickup. They got the order correct with my added veggies but forgot to toast the bun. So it was soggy on the bottom half of the bun because the tuna mixed with mayo immediately saturated the bun. Toasting the bun would have prevented this. I asked them to cut the footlong in half but the cut is more 2/3 - 1/3. I guess minimum wage workers are not exactly sandwich artisans. I ate the larger portion saving the smaller portion for tomorrow. Does it smell and taste like tuna. Yes it does. There was a Florida food lab that tested 3 tuna samples from 3 different Subways and confirmed through DNA analysis that Subway's tuna is real tuna. Now if they could just remember to toast the bun and cut it more precisely in half, I would give them 4 stars.
