Visited Unti on August 31 and very happy we did. They specialize in Italian varietals and we enjoyed every one we tasted. The Fiano, Sangiovese and Aglianico were particular favorites. Great wine and great information if you're a wine geek.
Beautiful winery. Great tasting room. Family owned since the 70s. Ben did a great job teaching us about the many grape varietals from Italy and France that they grow on their property. Put this one on your list!!
Tasting through the wines at Unti is a Mediterranean cruise for the taste buds. Penny’s no-nonsense, passionate approach to the Unti brand was so educational. Don’t let the quantity of varietals give you pause on their quality. The fruit is expertly cared for and it is evident to the delight and awe of amateur or professional wine enthusiasts alike. Unti is worth the drive and effort required to get there. Go, taste, enjoy.
Great tasting experience. Tremendous wines featuring varietals rarely seen at other vineyards in Sonoma County. Highly recommended.
Great wine, knowledgeable staff, chill vibes. They have quite a depth and breadth of varietals and are actually to emulate European styles (especially Italian) incredibly well. Considering the area, the wines are very affordable. This was a really nice stop that I'd highly recommend to others!
Amazing wines and very knowledgeable staff. We had a great time visiting. Ben was a great resource, both as a sommelier and as a historian of the winery. We enjoyed every pour we had! I would recommend this winery to anyone visiting Napa and Sonoma.
We enjoyed all of the wines we tasted. They recommended the pizza restaurant in Geyersville Diablo that the vineyard owns! Best beet salad and pizza ever! Try them both the winery and the pizza! You will not be disappointed!
The first winery of our visit was a great start. It was a simple tasting, though packed with information with a very well-informed host. We enjoyed the wine and brought some home with us. I'm sure it won't be the last!
looking for your statement on Stormie … too soon. I’ll go wait ?
Great little stop off place for a deep Italian varietal experience in the heart of Zinland. Very easy place for great story telling and to take back some very accessible Sangiovese. Grounded place with good local grapes from the 80’s.

Excellent variety of wines to be enjoyed, so glad shipping is available !
We had an excellent visit to Unti in October. Very friendly and knowledgeable team and excellent wines. Highly recommend! It's not a big tasting room, but it's "old school Sonoma County" charm - definitely worth making a reservation!
This is a hidden gem!! The wine is incredible and the staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. Some of our favorite wines that we tried in a weekend in Sonoma. We bought a bottle and our in laws bought three! Worth a trip!
Ben is awesome! Great experience
One of the most educational and informative tastings I have been to; EVER!
Great wines, too. The vines were originally brought over from Italy and the Rhône region. The wine is all produced on-site and the winery uses all their own grapes to do so.
If wineries are your thing, check them out… I don’t think you will regret it!
