In March I had a wonderful visit and tasting with Mick Until He was gracious and warm as well as passionate about his wine. I don't recall how many wines I tasted but it was quite a few. All of the wines were very good to excellent. I highly recommend a visit to this winery.

Visited Unti on August 31 and very happy we did. They specialize in Italian varietals and we enjoyed every one we tasted. The Fiano, Sangiovese and Aglianico were particular favorites. Great wine and great information if you're a wine geek.

We enjoyed all of the wines we tasted. They recommended the pizza restaurant in Geyersville Diablo that the vineyard owns! Best beet salad and pizza ever! Try them both the winery and the pizza! You will not be disappointed!

Great little stop off place for a deep Italian varietal experience in the heart of Zinland. Very easy place for great story telling and to take back some very accessible Sangiovese. Grounded place with good local grapes from the 80’s.
