I took my friend paddle boarding on the River and she mentioned the best treat after a strenuous and exciting River adventure would be Amy's Wicked Slush. I've never been a fan of slushes and always just passed it by whenever at the River, but oh boy I'm so happy my friend treated me. Now I crave it and got another chance to try a different flavor at the fair this last weekend: Sour Blue Razz. I'm sure I'll be back to try new flavors. This is seriously the best treat for the hot days we've been having. Also you can't beat the nice staff who make the experience all that much better and the shop itself is so cute and vibrant. Thank you Amy's Wicked Slush for the special treat!

It's hard to miss this Amy's Wicket Ice Cream sign while you are driving around Healdsburg! It's a perfect location to pick up a sweet and refreshing treat after a day on the river. They have a quaint outdoor seating area on the deck and to the right of the parking lot. There are a lot of flavor options to chose from, which is great. My husband & I thought we would try the splits seeing as we could not decide between a slushy and a soft serve & the splits sounded interesting. However for the splits they gave certain specific flavor combinations on the menu board & we had a hard time deciding what flavor combinations would work for us. I wish they allowed customers to chose their own flavors for the splits. We went with the orange cream slush and vanilla soft serve and it was good, but if it were up to me we probably would have make other flavor combination choices. Our kids chose the chocolate soft serve & the brown sugar cinnamon with brownie topping. We would come back if in the area and try other flavors!

Edit 2: The owner claims that they "spoke to the DMV" and that whichever DMV employee they spoke to contradicted the publicly available information on the DMV website. I will no longer comment on this, I suggest you check the sources yourself if this kind of behavior is concerning to you. Edit: The store owner is doubling down on their harassment of disabled placard users. She even sicced one of her managers, Kyle, on me to send a harassing comment. Frankly, this isn't just about the parking. A grown woman employee thought it was her place to shout at a disabled woman legally using a parking space, when we fully intended to eat at their restaurant as part (but not all) of our trip. Even if we had been wrong, this behavior would not be remotely okay. Obviously, we changed our minds about getting slushes when the woman started yelling. If I could hyperlink, I would cite numerous sources all over the internet which make it clear that "spots designated for merchants" (ie customer only lots) are explicitly open to disabled placard holders in CA. Amy and Kyle seem to be willfully ignoring this section of the ordinance. Sadly, I will not be editing my review to report a positive change. They are not educated about ADA law and use of disabled spots, and they support their employee's abusive language and behavior. I continue to hope that they will make a point to do better, educate themselves, and be inclusive, and I would be happy to alter this review if and when that happens. If she wants to control the disabled spot so bad, I would strongly encourage her to try to tow someone from it. When the tow company arrives and refuses to tow a placard holder from their legally designated spot, she will know. Original review:I have had some slushees from Amy's and enjoyed them. However, after experiencing disability discrimination/harassment at the Healdsburg location, I sadly have to leave a negative review. I am disabled and have a disabled parking placard. I parked in a disabled spot in the Amy's lot while exploring around the immediate area. When I came back to my car, an Amy's employee was outside yelling at a disabled man. I stayed to watch out of concern. When she finished with him, she walked over to chastise at me for parking in the lot. She said I was not allowed to park there, because people are only allowed to park there while they are inside of their shop. She made disrespectful comments to me when I explained that I am legally entitled to park there, whether I am shopping at their store at that very moment or not. She raised her voice, scoffed at me, rolled her eyes, threatened to tow my car, and was overall startlingly unkind, (understated). It was one of the meanest and most aggressive interactions I've experienced at any business, anywhere. In the state of CA, people with a disabled placard are permitted to park in any blue disabled spot (or regular parking spot) for any amount of time under 72 hours. Restrictions on a parking lot like "customers only" or "residents only" do not apply to disabled placard holders. Here is the DMV source, which clearly states that spots designated for merchants (ie customer lots) are open to disabled people. (dmv.ca.gov/portal/vehicl…) This is literally what the disabled placard is for. Amy's may not like it, but it's the law. And this info is a simple google search away.I (politely and helpfully) explained all of this to her and she, raising her voice and speaking over me, said that she didn't care and would just tow me next time. She did not seem remotely concerned that she might be harassing someone based on their membership in a protected class or interfering with someone's legal right to accessible parking. I would not recommend this joint to disabled folks. I would also not expect anything close to California-quality hospitality from them. This was an unnecessary and stressful experience. This employee threatened to tow me and literally shouted at me, unprovoked (still can't believe that),

One of my favorite places to have a sweet I WILL NEVER RETURN TO. My family and I on the 4th of July went to wicked slush in Healdsburg, CA. Apparently the cashier was told to tell everyone wearing swim attire that they cannot keep their car parked because they can not have people crossing the street. Ok no problem. The problem was the only people that got asked this question in a line of 3-4 was, you guessed it my Hispanic family as if we cannot afford a 7$ parking. I am nurse and make a very comfortable living for my family. Even an apology could not fix this. The manager did attempt to apologize. There was no problem with the staff or the food it was that one singled out behavior. I asked the manager if something should be said to someone it should be said to EVERYONE.

We went on the afternoon of July 4 and, unsurprisingly, the place was packed and the line was long. However, the line moved fairly quickly and we got our items pretty quick. Not much parking right in front, but about a block away we found parking on a side street. Pretty big menu of slushes and soft serve with some interesting combos and lots of optional additions. The brown cow (chocolate soft serve and root beer slush) and the cotton candy slush with marshmallow soft serve were both great (and all the slushes we tasted were so accurate to their flavors!). The waffle cone was also very good. Plus they gave us a pup-cup for our doggo for free (and she loved it!).

If you're looking for a place to cool off, have a cute date night, have some family fun, and / or try multiple times due to the number of flavors and combos they have, try Amy's Wicked Slush! This place has so many options for desserts and was so clutch during the recent heat wave. Forgot to take a picture of our ice cream slush (face palm). We went with a cherry slush with orange cream soft serve. Delicious sugar rush! Parking available via a parking lot and street parking.Tables and chairs wrapped around the shop on the deck.

Great ice cream and nice atmosphere, they even gave our dog a small serving of soft serve ice cream. Only 4 stars because it was our first time there, after trying more flavors and twists I'm sure i would up the star count.

Went there with my kids for the first time. Was told it was gonna be a little of a wait since they only had one person making them. Which I understood but after 40 minutes of not getting my order and watching people that got there after me get there’s first. I decided to ask turns out my ticket never got sent. Complete disappointment. Went to cancel my order and they only offered coupons for next time.

welcoming atmosphere. good choice of music, i love the decor around the place. they have a good selection from small cups to regular then an oversized. the order was out pretty fast! not too sweet and not too sour. one thing i would add: a menu closer to the ordering window as it's a little hard to see the menu and be close enough to order so the cashier can hear. either that or turning down the music a tad. secondly, i don't know if i'm the only one but i love having straws with my slushy runny kinda like a slurpee.

Stopped in on our way to Eureka from L.A. Had an awesome Root-beer slush with malted ice cream and was definitely not disappointed! Good prices and good people. Thanks!!

Awesome slush, snow cone, ice cream ??❄️ combos. Tons of flavors, lots of ways to mix it up. Parking sucks and this place can get packed, so maybe park across the street and walk. Great when it's hot out.

This place is definitely FUN & the slushies mean that even the lactose-intolerant can get something icy.The prices, tho, are kinda high. Especially if you opt for add-ons. We ended up spending $17 for a pipsqueak + regular size + tip. Ouch!

We were so excited we forgot to take photos I got the boysenberry soft and super wicked sour slush in a cone and the slush was nice and sour, the boysenberry soft serve was creamy and flavorful and the waffle cone was super fresh. We also got a cookie dough serve with orange slush and it was delicious. Pie dog loved his pup cup and the employees are all super nice and friendly. Will definitely be back when we are in the area despite the red socks atmosphere go Giants!!

A tad out of town (other side of Hburg River) but fun for family. Give it a shot! Jack A.

Wicked rip off!!!Nothing that matches the pictures at this location, when asked why doesn't what I ordered look like the advertised picture I got we put it in a bigger cup so it wouldn't spill. Beware this place is total rip off for the price and the employee can't even count out the correct change.
