Service was decently fast but what I'm pist about is fake charges. You see the menu and combo states 6.99. Okay yea shows coffee or orange by all means a small one. So first time around I said can I get a sprite. I got charged 1.50 I asked why. To pay the difference? Okay what the hell. So this time around guess what got the Orange juice. Mind if being small but still got charged a 1.50? Wtf now. Ran me close to 10$ for something that should be included. I highly suggest not going Burger King anymore. Money skim.

This was the worst service I’ve had ever at a drive thru!! They already are very very slow but I went to the restaurant at 8:30 in the dining area is supposed to be open until 9 PM as posted on the door but the doors were locked and they were ignoring me at the door. I had multiple people there to order for separately I went through the drive-through told them since their dining area was closed that I’m going to be having two separate transactions and she told me no I would have to pay for them altogether. I had to separate coupons that we planned on using for different families, she would not let me use. My Coupons was very rude and told me that I pretty much needed to play ring around the Rosie driving through the drive-through more than one time when there was already a long line and there was a large delivery truck, blocking the parking lot to access the drive-through, which made the line even longer. I don’t understand why they closed their dining area early and then expect their patrons to be inconvenienced and drive thru drive thru multiple time was stupid!! She was super rude and very unaccommodating when they should have had the dining area open as posted otherwise accommodate your patrons they don’t even deserve a one Starr that I had to post in order to do this
I don't know if this is the same manager from years ago but I worked here and there my mom did I think this is a great Burger King the only thing I would work on is when you work and you speak Spanish you would also speak English as well around employees that don't and my mom always quit extra bacon for the guys or whoever is working in the morning and it was kind of a debate to not put more bacon me and my mom worked very hard their different times we work but she work there afterwards I would go home with complete grease on but I'm just saying for all these years you employed a really good lady and that's my mom the only thing was disturbing was when she was corrected after correcting her somebody was speaking in Spanish and it was became mean I wish you work on those things for employees that don't speak Spanish became very hurtful and demeaning I was still upset fun treats your mom like that where she works util specially her being a hard worker and putting our best foot forward

Got my order correct. Service was prompt.Let me preface that BK is not responsible for the parking lot out front, but I would suggest doing drive thru over parking. On two separate occasions I've seen two separate car break-ins. Both in broad daylight. One car still had occupants in it. Trash will do trashy things.

Just got a cold whopper. This is 2nd visit within a couple weeks and I took another gamble, patty cold on both visits. Hello health department... As I got my food couldn't help but notice a guy inside at customer side of counter reach over handling cash register to take his own order. Some shady characters here. Also has a sign on drive thru stating they are out of lettuce and tomato. Upper management please use this date 11/28 around 6:45 pm to run your cameras back, You will be shocked. All should be terminated immediately

Stopped by the drive thru earlier today and waited for a few minutes so they could take my order. They didn't say anything, so I left and as I drove off I saw 2 employees having a conversation. Very unprofessional, they should at least serve their customers!

This was definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The “manager” marquese was extremely unprofessional upon my arrival at the drive thru and when I mentioned it there was absolutely no remorse and he continued to be rude. Once I asked for a manger he spitefully claimed to be the manager and was rude when I asked for the store manager information. He and his coworkers were laughing and making jokes about the situation the whole time. I’m sure the owner of that location would hate to know that someone like that is who they have in charge. I also attempted to call that store and the number they have posted for employment doesn’t even work so I will be elevating this situation
