I was served rotten lemons. Get home and pull everything out and notice lemon looked creamy. Open bag and could smell it spoiled. Come on y'all, check your food. Garlic noodles looked undercooked and had a slight sour smell. Overall, what happened to this place. Give the place a newer look and quality food. Maybe the community will spend more here.

I would love to give this place a chance but we walked in and the war news is blaring of the TV. I don’t mind if news, sports, what not are being shown on TV…it’s great even. But set a vibe with sound muted and music playing and only visuals on. I couldn’t have a conversation with my husband and if we wanted to shout over the TV, we can do that at home (which is where we always are)

They are the only game in town so i went here for take out. I havr to go to vallejo or san pablo if i need a decent shrimp cajun style. I bought 2 lbs shrimp 1599 per lbs and a 1099 chicken strips with fries. I was told there were 5 chicken on the phone for entree (i saw that kids is 6.99 for 2 pcs in the menu)They charged my card for a different order but refunded me when i noticed that i was signing a different receipt. They compensated with free extra sauce. But when i came home, the chicken was 3pcs not good enough to feed my kids. If they said its 3 pcs, i would not have bought it. And theyre small too. I called and the manager she said its 6pcs and they would be there (i felt like she did not believe me)She put me on hold to verify with someone but she came back and told me its suppose to be only 3 pcs. But she said she would compensate me when i come back. I gave 3 because the shrimp has lil sauce. If she did not give me free for sliding my card for a different order, i would be not happy with the amout of sauce. Plus the chicken was tiny and i would say it looks like 2 pcs nuggets for 1 strip.I would come back if im craving shrimp if im not able to go to rockin crawfish. Sorry, i was disappointed with my order. Because its not what i am expecting

Their food actually taste good if they can get your order right. We placed an order over the phone and didn't realize everything was wrong until we got home. Firstly, they charged us for a beer that we didn't order but we caught it before we left. Secondly, we ordered fried oysters but it was not there and they refused to give us a partial refund. Thirdly, our shrimp didn't come with the things we added so we had to take the entire thing back for a full refund. The guy who gave us the refund looked pissed and mumbled something as we left. Why was he mad? Everything was wrong AND we had to drive back hungry! Not to mention the previous visit we had to wait ~20 min just to pick up our phone order because the staff was ignoring us even though they knew we were waiting to pick up. We are never coming back to this place again. We only came back because the lady owner was actually nice to us the first time we ate there.

Went last night at 8pm me and my husband for Valentines Day Soda was so flat and tasted horrible , Garlic Noodle cold and was over powering by garlic powder ,I ordered over $100 worth of food shrimp corn potatoes , snow crab legs .... and everything tasted funny woke up this morning to a horrible stomach ache and a trip to the Er all day me and my husband both were throwing up and severe stomach pain ... Kaiser Richmond took blood work to confirm YES FOOD POISONING!!!!! 1st and last time ... food quantity is so not worth the price either!!! Not sure what to do but just warning everyone!!!!

I've been coming here since they opened! I love this place and will always be one of my favorite and go to places! Pam was amazing as usually I recommend coming here always! Great vibes great energy!
Food is lil overpriced but love their cc combo sauce. Friendly staff. Every time I come, I expect the bathroom door to have a better look but it keeps getting more gross. It costs around $25 to get a paint of can and a brush. Cant believe they neglect this.

Wanted to dine in to get some crab with my partner. It was a Friday night around 8pm, and when we entered, it was loud. I understand that restaurants are usually noisy but this place was real loud because on one side of the room, was karaoke. And on the other side seemed like it was reserved for a party with friends/fam. A staff person came up and tried to seat us so he sat us on the side where his friends were. We were ready to order but it was so loud that we decided to just do take out. We waited for our server and he came and tried to take our order. (Mind you he looks like a teenager and he didn't specify some things). We ordered 3lbs of crab but when he put in the order it was only one. We found out when he came back with the receipt to sign. We asked him we wanted 3lb and then the server said they don't go by pounds. (What??. You could've have said that in the beginning). And obviously we wanted two more pounds cause he didn't put in the whole 3. So we asked him what do you go by? And he tried explaining; like it goes by cluster of legs or some. So we had to make a second order. While we were waiting for the food. It just got louder and louder. It seemed that the party next to us were close friends with the staff/possible owner. I understand that it's your resturuant but you could've let us know that all this was going on before we sat down. Or at least post it on the door. The resturuant sounded like we were at a karaoke bar/club. Mind you, people were drinking and talking and it wasn't just at the bar section. All I wanted was to eat crab with my partner y'know chill vibes; decent noise level. But that night it was so loud. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It took a while to get our order so I told my partner to wait in the car. 30min later, they come out with my order and I wanted to be sure they got everything so the "teen server" was showing me. I asked him for the receipt because he didn't give me one before and he said he couldn't really do that. I assume it's a complicated process but still. I don't blame the kid but I wish the staff had trained him better. I trusted him that everything was correct and it was but I still wish I had received a receipt. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Let me start off by saying WOW! I wasn't expecting much the first time I came here, but Claws and Craws did not disappoint. I've gone back twice since (3 total times within 2 weeks LOL). My favorite item on the menu is the shrimp (head-off) CC Combo TNT! The shrimp comes out piping hot & fresh and the flavor is soooo delicious and spicy. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried it and now I'm addicted. I like their shrimp more than Boiling Crab tbh. I also suggest getting a side of rice or garlic noodles (bonus points for mixing them in the shrimp juice lol). The cajun fries are also great and you can't go wrong with the fried bananas for dessert! The restaurant is clean and in a spacious layout. The staff is also SOOO friendly. They really make us feel so comfortable and we are quickly becoming regulars lol huge shoutout to Pam! They are all great tho. They also have live music sometimes! We went on a night with live music and it was such a good time! You will not regret going to Claws and Craws.
