I'm upping them back up to 4 stars because my question was ultimately answered after several tries but still disappointed that the doctor himself didn't just call me to discuss knowing i had already gone back and forth with his staff. There's nothing worse than healthcare that gets attention only when you have your wallet out and all other times couldn't be bothered with. If I wanted that kind of treatment where it's always 6 degrees of separation I'd go back to my HMO.

I came here last week for my contact lenses fitting. I have called and left a VM x2- one last week and one yesterday. I never got a call back. I don't think my lenses are appropriate fit. What's going on? No call back? This is poor customer service! I'm trying to get my vision corrected and a simple call back would have been nice,so I know how to proceed. But,I guess not. Let me take my business somewhere else!

Super flexible about scheduling and very accommodating. Intake is done online before appointment date so you pretty much get there and get going. Dr Ng is on top of his game and cares about his patients and their welfare. Location is convenient with FREE parking.

Great service! Staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Ng has extensive knowledge. He corrected my prescription from my previous optometrist. It was very uncomfortable for a few years. The new prescription Dr. Ng set for me is perfect. Everyone there is kind. And for the folks who are complaining about the late fee, this is a business at the end of the day. You set a time, just like going to jury duty. Just be there or reschedule! They're efficient and reasonable.

I've been coming here for my contact prescriptions for years now. I must say it's always been a great experience. Dr. Ng is the best optometrist I've had to date! He is very personable and thorough. Also, the staff have such great client service. My contacts order were on back stock, and they gave me a sample pair to help hold me over until my contact arrive. Thanks for the great service!!

Dr. Ng is a true pro and immediately makes me feel at ease. I've tried a few optometrist before discovering Insight and have been a patient for many years now. They also have high tech equipment and a big selection of designer frames and sunglasses. Great and courteous staff as well.

8/5/22- I made an appointment just to look at frames, I received at least 5 text messages, and 3 emails, explaining office policy that I needed to mask up and call when I arrive in the parking lot. Also they try to charge $45 if you cancel without 24 hours notice, ridiculous! I get it, it's Covid-19 and it's still going around but get over yourselves.

Been going to this optometry for a decade and missed one appointment and the charge was $35. Other places you are allowed to miss one appointment and next is a charge. Selection of frames is basic that cater to the general area.

staff is average and prior covid... good. now i'm taking my families vision elsewhere. i love the Blackfin line and how they look and feel. ...but not enough to pay 45$ for running late and missing my slotted window for appt. **no more than 2 miles away my appt i had to pull over and assist somebody's grandfather swap out a tire. i was already running late. i was still in my surgical scrubs, traffic was an even flow but temp was getting up there and to pass an elderly man noticeably struggling / wiping sweat from his brow, there was no way ignoring him was going to happen. i felt it necessary. ** -How many of you would ignore your grandmother or grandfather on the side of the road? how many of you would charge the person who helped your grandmother or grandfather who ran late 30 minutes for this reason? -i don't control who and when comes thru the doors in the ED. i don't control how long that emergency case i've scrubbed may be. i also don't charge you for my time. -yes. i ran late. yes i need my sharkfins; but i'm not paying 45$ for my day running late. it would've been wiser to accept the late and see the frames. then sell the crazy prices you have for all the extra s*** with the lenses. anti-scratch. lol its gunna scratch if you don't pay. anti-blue, anti glare. anti racism.... and what ever other anti you can sell. i'll take my business and buy anti-late fee cuz we'll get you in upgrades later option. have a great day. what options or fees could i charge you or your family if you came to my place of business? smh.
