It's o.k. but since Tommy's B.B.Q opened up in Hercules, it's my favorite spot in Hercules.

Customer service at the counter was sooo much better. I was offered a free half rack for my previous issue. But I guess they felt some way about that because I didn't get the best pieces. I got the old pieces. They're just going to keep playing. Time to let this ship go. The full rack I purchased was just as dry and old!

Food poisoning! Enough said. Called to make them aware of what was ordered, the result, etc. Manager’s actual response was “ok”

It use to be my favorite spot to visit every few months but you can tell the workers don’t want to be there by how dirting the dinning area is as well as how the food was prepared. So disappointed.

This place is always a hit and miss.
Today was very bad,😢
Some of the ribs were very hard and petrified.
The Ball-tip (meat) had so much fat/lard On it, looks like they just pulled it out of the refrigerator and let it warm up at room temperature.
I don't live as close by so I cannot return it...

Dont ever order from this location with any special instructions. I ordered no onions on a bbq beef in a roll. And the bottom was stuffed with onions. I clearly said (please no onions). Now food wasted and im out $20+ for a sandwich.

Food is great, staff are awesome and super helpful when they're not overworked and under paid. Why is your starting pay so low? That's why you can't keep staff longer than a few months. Up your pay and you get higher quality staff. It's not complicated unless MANAGEMENT makes it so.

Fun and friendly staff, fast service, food was delicious. I had some loaded tots with BBQ beef. The wife had a baked potato with ball tip...same, but different ?

I ordered 3 ball tip sandwiches and a Mac n cheese side order, the sandwiches didn't even have enough meat to cover to bread. Very sad when you pay $50+ bucks and get poorly made food.

It’s the Mac and cheese ? for me it had bacon in it . All this for around $24.00

This place has great food. However, over the last year or so, they've seemed to have reduced their staff, resulting in slower service and rushed orders,leading to errors of service. Check your orders before leaving. Great food
