I recently stopped by Kinder's Meat Deli around 10 am for a quick grab-and-go meal and was thoroughly impressed. I have been eating Kinders for over 25 years. When Hercules opened up we started going there more often because it was closer to us. It's never been as good as the Concord location! And as a matter of fact, it has consistently been getting worse and worse! Tonight my turkey sandwich had barely any mayonnaise, it was so dry, and it had one "thin" piece of turkey. I stopped getting my favorite mini Turkey sandwiches from there because of the lack of product and care in making it. Hey Kinders please train your Hercules employees better. Please!

Let me start off by saying I been coming to this location for years today was the worst experience I ever had here. I walked in ordered a 3 way ball tip chicken and links also ordered sweet potato fries and tater tots 35 min later I asked IS my order ready because I seen the server that helped me putting other orders of ppl that came after me I asked what is taking so long she replied I'm waiting on your hot link mind the rest of my order was just sitting there for over 15min I asked her so u mean to tell me a hot link takes longer to cook than fries ? Better yet does it take 30 min to cook one I asked ..them I asked her could she remake my order because the rest of the food was cold she refused. So I just refused to pay for cold food

Stopped by for a small snack to give them a try. We ordered cold pastrami deli sandwich and the ball tip hot sandwich just to be informed they were out of the ball tip so we chose the Hot Ribeye Steak sandwich. The pastrami I give a 4/5. Best part was the bread and lots of meat. The Ribeye steak sandwich 3/5. I think the way it was served as a whole steak served on this hard to bite and hard to chew bread would have been a lot better if they sliced the ribeye into bite sized strips and used the same bread as the cold sandwiches. The ribeye was very difficult to eat. I really liked the bbq sauces and I probably would have purchased some bottles to take home but that had no prices for anything and with a decently long line, it was not practical to wait. Maybe I'll try again in the future.

Whenever I visit Hercules for work, my first stop is always Kinder's! This evening I got out of work late and placed an order around 8:30 PM. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I showed up at 8:45 they were still working on my order. When I finally received my order, I brought it back to my hotel to have a late dinner. When I was just about to eat my mac & cheese, I found that drillbit in there!!! I about vomited but was thankful I didn't bite it because it would've broke my tooth. I just called them and spoke to a young man named Kevin the manager on duty. He apologized and told me a GM will reach out to me tomorrow. We shall see what happens. I am so disappointed, I really loved their food, but don't think I will eat there again.

My absolute favorite. I can't leave a good enough review for these guys. I love supporting local and Kinders has really taken a local establishment and made it world wide with their seasonings and sauces. The bbq and deli in house is next level. You won't find a better ball tip sandwich than at kinders. The tequila lime fries are a fry lovers dream. Always crispy, tangy and delicious. All the meats they prepare in house or the butcher counter meats are all top quality and delicious.

It was my fault. I should’ve ordered barbecue, but I was craving a deli sandwich. I upgraded to the deluxe which said double the meat for the ravenous appetite. It seems like there was barely any meat on there at all so you probably get one extra slice of lunch meat Taste overall was equal to Safeway in my opinion for the price I could’ve gotten way bigger sandwich from Safeway but you can’t go to a Chinese restaurant and order a burrito and expect it to taste good so ordering a deli sandwich from a barbecue spot was poor judgment on my partthis rating is just for the deli sandwiches barbecue taste delicious

I went one time after work (around 7p). The staff (there were about 3-4 up front, did not greet me nor recognize I needed to make an order. I had to ask them if I could make an order. I ordered one sandwich to go. Almost $20. This is not good value for money, nor was it a good experience. I blame it on poor management.
