I visited your new Hercules store this morning and only self check out was available. I had 37 items in my cart, including gift cards. I was directed to the security section of the store where you buy liquor, that was the only checker, with 4 people in line. They told me to go to self checkout, I asked if a regular register was open, as I didn't want to check out...read full review
