Another excellent dinner at Baran's with friendly, professional service and delicious food. We loved the gnocchi, hamachi sashimi, and the pork chop was tasty and juicy. The timing of food, the suggestions by our server, and the creative dishes made for a great dinner.
My friend and I have been waiting a long time to dine at Baran's 2239. We finally put it on the calendar and went there for dinner last night. We were so full of hope. The interior was quaint, but felt a bit like a coffee shop. Although I do love that feeling, I guess I was imagining a different setting for such a highly reviewed restaurant. Our server was a bit distant with us and we felt rushed. We understand tables need to be turned, but we were approached about our drinks...
Our meal at Baran's was wonderful. The charcuterie board did not disappoint, the Hamachi was delicious and the steak sublime. Favorite bites were the thrice done potatoes! This hidden gem is obviously a favorite with locals and the staff know and treat them like family. Definitely recommend!!
