I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail that was unique and refreshing, but not great. I also ordered the lamb meatballs which had a nice flavor but were a little tough. The tomato sauce they were served in with some farro had a rich, tangy flavor, but the toughness of the meatballs was unpleasant.
The vibe is nice and the service was good. My friend really enjoyed the beef cheek with couscous and the fresh cheese appetizer was good as well. I got the branzino but didn’t enjoy it sadly. The couscous was very sour with a super strong dill sauce - I’m biased because I don’t like dill but didn’t know it was in the dish. It all really overpowered the branzino. The price was a bit high for the portions. I’d recommend trying the restaurant overall but would get a different...
I had a wonderful experience trying the restaurant last night! It was my first time and the host was quick seating us and bringing out some water and menus. I think the owner chatted with us a little and explained the menu. The food was excellent. Tasty chickpeas, juicy chicken, and the best dish was the beef cheek couscous! The beef was so tender and juicy. We were supposed to share but my partner liked the beef cheek so much she didn’t want to! The crusty bread was also nice...
