It's a place that's worth going out of your way to visit in LA! All the food is really delicious, but the udon noodles and broth are especially amazing. The prices are great, and our kids love it too, so we go there often. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the sushi is fresh and tasty as well.

Best service I’ve ever had on a Togo experience. I forgot a bag and they called me a min after I left. They offered to deliver it to me. I was close so I came back. I have never had someone call saying we forgot something and I am so impressed with the customer service!

When we got home and ate it was so good!

Visited with my family last week the food was excellent, the service great...loved the dinner plate steak with tempura..on the spot, 100percent...

I’m really amazed at all the other photos of the fresh looking food and clean facilities, that was simply not the case. The service from the beginning was strange. The restaurant could use a deep clean. The condiments containers had condiments and rice stuck all over them. the actual food was some simply not prepared thoughtfully or with any love or positive energy. The cucumber salad was old wilted not fresh or crunchy. The fish was warm, thin and discolored, the vegetable roll lacked flavor crunch and freshness. I made eye contact with 4 to 5 different workers and not one person smiled. If they had to eat there, I guess I can understand. The tea however warm soothing and smiled back.

This is a great place to get a quick lunch that’s much healthier than getting a burger or fast food. We stop here for the Lunch plate, my go to is the Salmon Plate it comes with rice salad and tempura, I ask them to do all veggie tempura and I get a little more food, I think they kind of got skimpy on their rice they used to give you more but now it’s a little scoop but actually rice is not really that healthy unless you can do brown rice… so that’s fine! You can substitute rice for edamame or double salad if you are one of those super healthy people but I need my rice! Go in December and get their Gift card for $100 you get $20 extra for every $100 card and so I get that and spend that right away for my own food! Yes I know I am so cheap… :)

I always stop by when I go to Hermosa beach. Any rolls, udon, and teriyaki are all gooooooood!!! I like special roll.

I guess this place had a prior location before opening at the top of the pier in the vons plaza. I was not one to go for teriyaki bowls so often. These days and because of this place, we go there probably every two weeks. Everything is so fresh and good and we find it to be an amazing value. We typically get two bowls, and are able to get two leftover lunches out of that for around $30 bucks. They are as efficient and quick as possible and overall, happy to see it always busy when we pick up our food.

This restaurant is a unique gem in HB, serving fresh, tasty food for great prices for almost 2 decades. They relocated to a new spot and it is even better than before!

The food tasted great but I was supposed to get 20 pieces in each and instead I got 10 pieces & 11 pieces, which is a dollar for each vegetable

I hope I get a credit for at least 1 order

I love udon and sushi so whenever I visit new places I always try new restaurants.
Strongly recommend this restaurant and seemed so many regulars here.

Must try Udon!! And shrimp tempura roll
