Came here for my lunch break paid about $12 for this amount of food. The guys in front of me kept getting served a lot while this was all I got. 👎🏽

9:30pm arrival. They are out of queso, pico, cheese, and guacamole.

And the food that they did have looked very tired.

Terrible absolutely awful. The portion size is far under what they need to be giving out regularly. The bowls I get here are made for birds. Even with double options my bowl never even goes higher than the lip of the container. Awful location and highly recommend driving further just for better potion sizes and getting your moneys worth.

Gone here all the time. Was my go to. But it was really salty. Not sure why. It's a nice location. Good size and portions. But food has dipped due to salt amount. Hope they don't become El Pollo Loco.

The portion sizes at this Chipotle are sub-par. Down to half scoops of beans and meats and salsas. I’d recommend going elsewhere for a better value.

Sure chipotle is a chain, but they arr not all created equal. This one in Hermosa beach stands out. Super quick service, friendly staff, always good food. Plus, mean Hermosa is wonderful.

Top-notch food and service! The staff was incredibly friendly, and since I came in around 9pm, the place was nice and quiet. I went with a steak burrito loaded with extra lettuce, absolutely massive and a great deal at just $13. Hats off to Chipotle!

To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. The staff overall was unprofessional and unfriendly, and it left a very poor impression.

In particular, the tall African American gentleman serving the food was noticeably stingy with the portions, barely putting a reasonable amount into our bowls. He appeared to be in a terrible mood, did not greet us, and made no effort to provide even basic courtesy or hospitality.

Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar — the pico de gallo was soggy and unappetizing, which only added to the negative experience.

I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the overall environment felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I expected better service and food quality, and I hope to see improvements in both areas moving forward.

This is one of my first reviews I’ve ever written - Just putting that out there first to share it takes a lot for me to want to write something. Unfortunately, the Chipotle we once used to love and crave for is now dead. I can get past the small portions, but the food is absolutely disgusting. From employees who just throw your burrito around and could care less, to the chicken being near frozen, salsa being chunky, beans being soggy & wet, yet hard as a rock, and the chips being stale… it was the perfect storm. I also ordered guacamole for my burrito, and there was a 1/2 piece of avocado in there instead. I’m talking the full avocado with the indent of the seed still visible…!! I’d get over it if it were just this one time, but I’ve visited this same location around 7-8 times on drive home from work for dinner, and all but one experience has been the same. Not to mention, I haven’t seen any familiar faces in the restaurant. They go through people/turnover at this location like it’s nothing, and it shows with the lack of care the employees put into the food & service (likely severely underpaid). This is now the McDonalds of Mexican food…. Well, at least McDonald’s has great French Fries. Unfortunately, there are zero redeeming qualities at this location and I would recommend staying away if you’re hungry.
