The best. Usually a wait, but worth it. Love it. Have had dessert crepes and savory. Both wonderful. Tomato bisque soup very good.

Great food - strawberry Nutella crepes delicious, eggs Benedict on point. Portions were a lot bigger than I anticipated. Service was delightful. Server was personable and accommodating as we had my 3 month old son and stroller with us. He reminisced when his 6 year old daughter was this little. It was pretty chill for an early brunch, and great music.

Just left. Not crowded due to rain. Bad experience with guy with beard. Waitress sat us. He made us move. Ok. Not crowded.Throws menu's at us than leaves. WTF. We wait another 10 minutes. Nothing. No waters, no service. F$&@ him. I'm out.

We come here every time we make a trip to Hermosa because it's that good! First of all, the service is really excellent - they are super dog friendly and even bring our pup some water. The location is really nice. There's lovely outdoor seating with great people watching, and it's a great stop on your way to or from the beach (or hey, why not both!) The food is also always on point and they have a good wine and beer selection - ironically, I've never actually tried a crepe from here because the rest of the menu is so excellent! Definitely recommend, and we will certainly be back :)

12/29/2022Creme de la Crepe424 Pier AveHermosa Beach, CA 90254 We went there for brunch/lunch during a week day. It's in downtown with some street parking. We ordered a variety of savory buckwheat crepes and a waffle. I had the French Onion Soup and Warm Chicken salad. Service was good and our waiter was very helpful with information and suggestions. My chicken was on the salty side and my Onion soup could have had more onions. The other three selections looked good. Good place for breakfast or brunch and repeatable.

Am a fan of this little French place but ....really didn't feel like the food was up to par . The dishes all seemed pre made and when you order the dishes would be plated without any care or soul . I think it's all just pulled out of refrigerator as ordered and feels barely warm .The soup was cold the quiche was cold the meal was a major disappointment .the crepe was thrown together without any thought . The coffee served cold . I asked that it all be heated that it would be editable so it was a let down . I could understand if the place was busy but we were the only people there on a Saturday .The staff was pleasant and tried to cover so that was good . So would I go back? prob not . The prices are fair but your not getting a fresh meal it's more like heated up left overs .

The atmosphere, food and presentation were above and beyond. Located close to the beach and pier, with a variety of dishes, crepes, and iced or hot beverages. The French Toast Grand Mariner was the best I have ever tried. Hats off to the chefs Cesar and David for the taste, preparation and presentation of the dishes. Job well done! Andre was incredibly busy but handled the business very well, respectful and attentive. Thank you everyone for a wonderful experience in Hermosa beach ?️

As my cousin and I walk into this establishment it feels we are in Europe. Even the beautiful waitress at the bar seems to be of European descent. I didn't ask her if she has provided her DNA to 23 and me. I wasn't in a flirtatious mood but I was in the mood to have a love affair with a crepe. Besides, I don't want the title of Creme De La Creep. The beautiful waitress with flawless skin provides us with menus. We see an abundant selection of crepes ranging from 7 dollars to 12 dollars. I have a feeling these are different from Harajuku crepes.I choose the Guillotine because I'm craving ice cream as well. We take it to go because me and my cousin don't want to tip and I don't live far from this gem. The love affair with the crepe is divine. It's thick and they don't skimp on ingredients. The Nutella is spread all throughout but doesn't hide the flavor of the other ingredients. The ice cream is good as well. This dessert was made seriously. Now it makes sense why it took so long. It was worth the wait. Yes I would go again. But next time I'm bringing a date so I can impress her. Brownie points and crepe points for Creme De La Crepe.

We were extremely happy with our breakfast which consisted of one Omelette with chorizo and the hash with spicy duck sausage. The portions were very large, and at $14 each, a great value. The staff was very courteous and helpful, we will return any time we're in the Hermosa Beach area.

Crepe cafe with brunch. Came here in a group of 6 around 10am on a Saturday and luckily didn’t have to wait, but later in the morning the place did fill up. They do serve alcohol. Credit cards accepted. Single occupant restrooms available in the back. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Dogs were allowed on the outside patio. Metered street parking. I got the Nordique crepe, which had raclette cheese inside as well as ham. There were a lot of cornichons on top as well as a small side green salad. I had a pumpkin spice latte (very fall) and some people in the group did get mimosas (they have different juice options including grapefruit and passion fruit ). Our waiter was friendly and the environment is casual. It’s far enough away from the pier so it’s not too touristy.

I like the outside tables. There's always a breeze and temp is consistently between 65 to 75 degrees. We had the French Benedict, a buckwheat crepe and matching cappuccinos. Portions are just right. There is some wait but that give ample time for lingering about on such a lovely day. My crepe was just chewy as should be, seasoned right. It is wonderful that they have merguez (lamb sausage) in various dishes. They also have beef bourguignon which saves me the trouble of having to cook a shitload when we crave for such, just hie off to C Dela C!There are other items on the menu worth coming back for. Crowd is not crazy, wait is short.

Lovely location! If you've dined at a Creme De La Crepe in the South Bay, you know what you're in for. If you're looking for classic French-inspired dishes to go along with a pleasant beach atmosphere, the Hermosa Beach location is an excellent choice to bring a few friends and family. We usually come here for brunch and get seated immediately. The staff is very friendly and serves everyone in a timely manner. Whether you like savory or sweet crepes, you really can't go wrong here. They use the freshest ingredients and very generous with the portions. Enjoy your meal and your visit! Support your local businesses!

Had the salad Nicoise. Presentation appealing and salad unappetizing. No nicoise olives, bland dressing, tasteless tuna with wilted greens. Would suggest trying anything other than their salad.
