Great neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Decor is cozy and casual. Rooftop dinning area is nice especially on a sunny day. Their salsa is fantastic. Great tasting traditional dishes. Their Xcholti Soup is fantastic.

Greer is the nicest server! So full of energy & positivity!! Every time. And she pulls together the order quickly and makes sure that anything you could possibly need is in the bag. She is the best!!!

The prices wasn't bad at all. We had 6 mimosas and breakfast the tab was under $100.00. I will definitely come back. The service was amazing and food was good.

To start off the lady in the front was kind. The food on the other hand horrible. Huge portions with no flavor at all. Then the lady handed us coffee that was horrible and then handed us Expired creamer. This is not mexican food at all save yourself the time and money. Food is tasteless and expensive.

Have to eat upstairs to meet convid requirements but good food and good service. Parking is a problem but I was with a small group of bike riders so no problem...

Been coming here for years, at least once or twice a week. Called in an order to go and this is the second time the waitress has tried to up sell me when I asked for plenty of salsa. I ordered a huge meal and now they want to charge for extra salsa? Are you kidding! Never been charged extra before. Never mind you can eat all the chips & salsa you want when dining in and believe me I wish I could dine in like before Covid but two tiny cups of salsa isn't gonna cut it on a a take out order. Overpriced as it is. Never again.

A wonderful menu of traditional and also some surprising Mexican dishes, lunch, and dinner. The six of us used take-out for a delicious afternoon lunch. Right on time, exactly as ordered. We used the Hermosa Beach store but can also consider Manhattan B., Redondo B., and El Segundo. Food choices include soups, salads, bowls, enchiladas, tacos, and burritos...just as you would suspect. Our group tried the enchiladas, tacos, soup, and salad; all excellent. Location on Hermosa Avenue makes this an easy place to find. Suggest you give it a try!

Great rooftop, food, service and prices

The food is fresh and never heavy. The salsa is always good and varies in heat. I would definitely recommend this place to a vegetarian. Not to say the meat options are not good, because they are! But the black bean tacos are huge and delicious.

The chicken soup is acceptable but the rest of the food is bland. The employees are nice. But this place is def overrated. You can find much better Mexican food in LA.

Ordered from here for my birthday dinner recently.Pros:* Very COVID-safe ordering and pickup. They have a cup for sanitized pens and a cup for used pens, enforce 1 customer in the store at a time, etc. I felt very safe* Food was ready very quickly. I think my order (two entrees) was ready nine minutes after I placed my order.* As a 10+ year vegetarian, I love seeing places embrace the plant-based options like Beyond Meat. I ordered the Beyond Burrito.Which is a nice segue into the cons:* The Beyond Meat was not seasoned at all, as near as I can tell. Just plain, browned Beyond Beef. Cmon, gotta put some taco seasoning on that for at least a little bit of flavor.* The “guacamole” is literally just mashed avocado. No cilantro, no onion, none of the other fixings. My boyfriend and I stirred in fresh lemon juice to jazz it up a bit. I really liked their salsa and stirred some of that in too to give it at least a little flavor.* I thought the prices were very steep considering these factors. My burrito was $16. There are other great local Mexican places nearby where you can get a full meal for half that. I just don’t think the value was there for me.I don’t think I’ll come back.

Tourist review.

Parking: 2 lots. Available on a Tuesday nightThe establishment itself was fairly busy. Luckily, it was a table for 1 so there was room.I ordered three dishes. Caesar salad with grilled shrimp on the side. The half chicken with rice. Last, beef tongue.I've been to the Versailles in palms (Los Angeles, CA). The chicken lived up to the hype. It's even better in Miami. The Caesar was as you expected. Nothing spectacular. The beef tongue was delicious and tender, not too salty and in a gravy. Mmmmm. I recommend both entrees.
