I love the sandwiches at Jersey Mikes but usually go to the one near King Harbor. Tried this one since we market in the same center and the food was okay but the owner or manager was very rude to my daughter for wearing a mask and said the she was insulting him by wearing one. I agree we all have mask fatigue but since I just got back from heart and aortic surgery and am immunocompromised it was advised to be very careful, especially for the caregivers which my daughter was. I will never have a ventilator down my throat again! Needless to say, and I'm sure the old guy could care less but we will only go to the Redondo one.

This is a relatively new store but the second time I've placed and online order and they are ready so much later than promised. There is no line for in store but a ridiculous line of angry people with online orders. You need to figure out your workflow fast as no other location seems to have this problem. Ridiculously slow and no sense of how to prioritize food orders.
