Food was so good. We wound up here on Tiki Thursday during happy hour. Our server Vanessa was so nice, helpful, and had great menu recs. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful experience at Ryla. Booked it for a special evening, our daughter's 20th birthday. The ambiance is energetic, upbeat and a bit loud but perfect for a festive evening out. The food was delish! Sushi was fantastic. We ordered the short ribs as a starter, they were fall off the bone and full of flavor. Ended up ordering another! Glad we visited. They brought a special dessert with a candle for our daughter and a birthday card, handwritten and signed by the restaurant staff. What a special touch! Not a lot of restaurants go out of their way anymore, but this was such a nice touch. Whenever we are in town, we will definitely dine again at Ryla.

We were looking forward to our dinner at Ryla and the service was good and food was good, but we were not blown away as we had hoped. Menu was interesting and we tried a few things - starters and dinner - strip steak, Caesar, ribs, truffle rice and a couple of others. The standout by far was the Caesar salad and the rest was ok.

Incredibly rude door guy/ so-called “host”. The kitchen closes “whenever they feel like it”. Do not come in 35 minutes before posted closing time & expect posted hours (& open online booking time slots) to be honnored. It’s a shame bc their Manhattan establishments are great.

Great spot and mix of food. Everything tastes great. Would have been a 5, however our main course came out much longer than expected due to the volume of sushi orders the kitchen was getting. The waiter was very pleasant about it and offered a desert on him, which was very generous. Will have to go back to try more of their offerings.

Great food and cocktails. Seems to be a popular spot. We shared a bunch of plates between three of us and that worked out well.
Everything is amazing here, prepared and served with warmth and care. Shoyu Ramen is excellent! Wish they had a Daiginjo by the glass but the Ginjo is very good.
