We eat Starbird at least twice a week. The Hermosa staff are awesome! The manager is super nice and keeps a clean tight ship. I have picky kids and everyone likes something from Starbird.

Starbird has the best tenders anywhere.. super meaty and not too much breading... 4 tenders is literally a pound of pure chicken breast. Their salads are awesome and they are also available with grilled chicken. Grab a huge box of nuggets for the football game or party.. so much better than wings! The fries are thick and crispy and have a great potato flavor. There are many different sauce and flavor options to kick up the chicken. The Thai chicken salad is very tasty with a great dressing that has a vinegar kick. In all honestly RK or CF tenders just don't compare.. these are bigger, better and they taste amazing.

Ordered salads and they forgot to add the chicken. When we called back to figure out how to get the situation resolved, they denied it happened as we stared at our chickenless salads. Classic move to not believe the customer—mind you the regular customer. They said there was no way they could issue a refund or deliver the salads we initially ordered. This isn’t the first time we’ve had awful customer service at Starbird. But it’s probably the last. It’s happened over and over again and this is the final straw. It’s just not worth it. Go to literally any other chicken place. You’ll get better quality food and better customer service.
