The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the boneless wings are horrible. They are cut cubes of chicken breast that aren’t even tender that you can barely chew. So much oil in box it leaked out all over the bag and luckily I put it in another bag or oil would have been all over my car seat.

I can't count how many times I drive past this place and never gave it a thought. My daughter wanted to try it and we're glad we did. Genuinely good place to eat for a quick healthy lunch. I've been here 3 times and taste, freshness, and the service are consistent.

I have been a fan of Starbird Chicken since it opened. I've only tried the salads, because it's the best combination of salad and chicken. My absolute favorite is the Green Goddess Cobb. It's sooo good, and the servings are generous. I've been talking it up to my family so they all finally wanted to try eating here. We ordered 2 of the Green Goddess cobb salads along with another salad and a sandwich. I noticed only after my husband read the ingredients that the boiled eggs were missing from the 2 cobb salads. Still tasted yummy but felt a bit slighted that it didn't come with one of the main ingredients to the salad! Will still visit for a salad craving, but will have to check next time I order take out.

I was sold on an 8 pc wings with 4 bone in and 4 tenders by the cashier. I was expecting 4 tenders, 2 drumettes and 2 wingettes. I received 5 wingettes which I do not like and 3 drumettes!!!Looks like employees are getting the good pieces! Not going again.

The first time I came here was for their Grand Opening in Oct. of 2022. I had signed up to be notified when they opened because they'd send out a free meal coupon. I took my order home to eat. When I opened up the contents, I knew there was too much food! We got 4 succulent wings and a tender plus slaw and fries. It was all were more than enough for two of us!It wasn't too busy when we were here this last visit on Jan. 26, 2024. We came after the lunch rush. It was apparent because the tables needed wiping down and the trash sat above the counter. We wiped our own table the best we could. The trash was eventually emptied.I love it when a company misses me! They recently sent me a coupon for a free salad, so I returned to try one. I made a Mobile Order and got the confirmation and notification of when it was about ready. The App is straight forward & easy to use. You can also order at the kiosks or with a cashier.Hubby & I shared the Chicken Chop Salad. We were going to order a Chicken Sandwich, but forgot. Glad we didn't because we were satiated without being stuffed. We also shared the It's It Ice Cream Treat. Hubby LOVES those! It's an unusual and nice surprise to see it on the menu! Oh, another interesting find was the Thai Iced Tea with flowing refills next to the iced tea & Lemonades!This Chicken Chop Salad was very tasty! We chose to make the chicken Nashville Hot Chicken for a buck more. This is not your ordinary salad! We really enjoyed all the ingredients packed into this salad! I am glad to report that the salad greens (romaine cabbage blend) were crispy and fresh! I wouldn't hesitate to get this again! The Nashville Hot Chicken on the salad that we paid extra for was not at all spicy.One thing I thought was pretty cool was that you can help fight hunger by donating a meal (or 4, like I did) and it doesn't cost you anything to do it! It is through the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. If you scan the QR Code (GiftAMeal App which you are not required to download), you can follow the steps listed. We discovered Starbird a few days ago, looking for a really good chicken sandwich (Chick-Fil-A is fine but wanted something better, and Dave's Hot Chicken just isn't quality). Starbird delivers. The chicken is delicious and not overly-fried. The sauces are all very tasty, can't help but get a few of each whenever we order. The sandwiches are delicious and the nuggets are just the right size and have great flavor.This is now our go-to spot for awesome fried chicken!

Stopped in to grab dinner to go and ordered the Orange Chicken and Green Goddess salads and some Lemon Pepper wings. The food came out quickly and we enjoyed their fountain machine while we waited. The staff was friendly and let me know my options to upsize different things with the meal. The food was good they had a good variety of options to choose from on the menu, including Gardein (vegan) chicken. They do have a military discount, which is always nice. If you scan some of the QR codes around the dining area and take a picture of your food, they donate a meal to the local Food Bank which allows them to give to the community. Great restaurant. Will visit again the next time I am in town, and will try to take a picture before eating all of the food.
