Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I had placed my order online in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, I needed to use the restroom first. I asked the employee at the counter for the restroom code, and to my surprise, she told me I needed to place an order first to use it.
I want to emphasize that I am nine months pregnant, and not once during my pregnancy has anyone ever denied me access to a restroom—especially not when I’ve already made a purchase. It was clear that I was pregnant, and yet the employee still insisted I had to order something first. I explained that my order was already prepared and waiting at the pickup table, and I intended to collect it right after using the restroom. Only then, upon hearing that my order was ready, did she provide the code.
This lack of basic courtesy and understanding was upsetting and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location, and I will not recommend it to others. Customers deserve better treatment—especially those in urgent need, regardless of whether their order was made online or in person.

Visited a few times during my stay in Hermosa Beach and the wifi wasn't working at any stage. Not sure if it's been fixed.
One server had a overly bubbly personality for the customer in front of me, then immediately stone cold for me (before I had even said a word, I smiled, and I still tipped!).
First, I would like to thank the manager Oley. She was quite professional and helped me with my issue. Second I would like to mention london. London dismissed me and was rude and unprofessional. He did not care at all about the situation and then pushed off the issue with a manager right away. His simple disregard for me is disrespectful. I will not be coming here again. I have come here since they opened. I grew up in Hermosa beach. I am ashamed that they hire people like London, who just doesn't care. I definitely do not recommend this place specifically because they hire people like that.
