There used to be three Starbucks located within a mile of this one. Since the other two closed, this Starbucks has been out of Cold Brew for a month. They said it takes 20hrs to make, but its been a month, so not sure how thats possible. Please just have the basics available especially when you close down other stores that I never had any issues at.

I’m totally agree with Carla !!!Today I went there to charging my car at the parking lot. I went to the vons to get coffee . The guy was there at out of sense and any respect, look at to my face I was wondering,what was wrong!!!??? I said “good morning “ no any answer or any reactions, than I just order my coffee and left the place with lots of regrets!!Lots of people coming to that place because of changing station at early morning,I hope Starbucks or vans can understand this kind of customer service, make huge damages to their businesses

There’s a young guy that works there on morning shift. Lacks good costumer service, incredibly rude, so dry and it’s doesn’t hurt to smile once in while. I work across the street so I’m always there and not once have I seen that kid in a good mood.

Had a morning moment in Starbucks and this little shop was quaint and cozy. Nestled only a few feet from Hermosa Beach, when I walked in there was no line. I ordered my fav, Mango Dragonfruit refresher, and the turnaround time was super fast (get it with lemonade). Patrons come in waves, so by the time I figured out what baked good I wanted (yes, I get out of line so I can think about it) the line was a bit longer, but, again, it was a super quick turn around time. Always a great stop if you want your favorite drink by the beach, but know that parking is an issue, so plan to use this spot only for a beach day.

The barista was so incredibly friendly and helpful! She was very understanding of our situation (red eye out of LA) and made my group feel very welcome in the area.
