This Starbucks is located in a shopping center with Trader Joe's, which means the parking lot often fills up. However, when I visited at 10 am on a weekday, there was plenty of parking available. This Starbucks is on the smaller side, has few employees, and includes a drive-through, leading to a bit of a wait for my order as the cashier was also busy heating up food. Despite this, the cashier was friendly and polite, and I didn't have to wait long for my drink. My soy latte was excellent.

I was very satisfied with the baristas I ran into. Even gave me some extra. Got a view of little green area which is nice, overall it is a smaller SB and sitting area perhaps can be better deisgned.

I used to frequent this Location about 12 years ago when I was working in Hermosa Beach. This location is small but very accessible and they have ample parking. Their drive thru is also open early. Lately, my husband and I have been coming here very early in the mornings. We've had the same nice gentleman help us at the drive thru. He always seems very happy and eager to take our order and when we get to the window, we are always greeted with his nice smile. The other morning, we were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the drive thru. "Brenden" greeted us and knew our order! He remembered us, our orders, and how we like them made! He must help several dozen cars a day, but Brenden remembered us and that made us feel special! Because of him, we have opted going to this location more. Thank you Brenden for making our mornings pleasant!

Coffee was fine, but we mobile ordered about 5 minutes ahead and had to wait in store for another 5 until the drinks were ready. There were multiple employees and we were the only customers, including the empty drive through. I wanted to study there but there were no indoor tables, do not recommend this location.

I just got their chocolate croissant this morning. Man, I wished I check it before leaving the place. I got a burnt croissant and it's hard too. I'm disappointed. Is it like this now? Check your food to make sure the quality is good before leaving? Starbucks???

The cashier just handed me my iced coffee and the lid was not on all the way. I'm holding it from the bottom walking to my car, I open the door and spill half of it in my lap. It's really not too hard to put a lid on a cup. Maybe corporate can add a class to employee orientation to address this?
