I was walking around and stumbled upon The Baked Bear, and I’m so glad I did! The concept of customizing your own ice cream sandwich with freshly baked cookies is genius. I went with a classic chocolate chip cookie with cookies and cream ice cream, and it was divine. The staff was super friendly, and the whole process was quick, even with the long line. Definitely a fun and indulgent treat if you’re in the area

The Baked Bear is heaven for anyone who loves cookies and ice cream. You get to choose your cookies and ice cream flavor, and they’ll make the sandwich right in front of you. I went with a double chocolate chip cookie and cookies ‘n’ cream ice cream, and it was absolute perfection. The staff is really helpful in recommending combinations, and the location is perfect for grabbing a sweet treat by the beach

This ice cream shop hit the spot 😆 the cookies with the ice cream taste so good! I got dark chocolate ice cream with cookie monster top and bottom and almonds as a topping. They ask if you would like it warmed up which I wasn't expecting and said sure. Not sure if it makes a difference. There are so many ways you can customize your ice cream here. Each topping is an additional 75 cents so it can get pricey. I got a sticky bowl so prepare to be sticky.

16 May 2025. Store was going to open in 15 mins so my kids and I kicked it outside. Figured itd be a short wait. 5 mins to opening and the kid working shows up and starts baking cookies. 20 mins after opening time and he still hasn't opened the doors. Kids were going bananas. There was a line and eventually everyone just left. We did too. Kids were pissed. Who knows when he finally got the doors open.

The fact that I can get a fresh gluten free ice cream sandwich here is crazy. Very good, but very expensive. It's good for a once in a while treat.
