Always loved this place but now I’m not so sure.
Edit: this place has redeemed itself for me. Thank you. Crunchy rolls, fried tofu, and beef bowl is still amazing.

Imagine making up a lie about condiments being only a certain amount. And charging 50 cents afterwords with no sign about it. And then acting as if you're being attacked when nothing is happening to you.

Good food, but the service needs a major upgrade. Especially that older lady in front. Acting like a kiss-up to the manager.

Ordered 2 chicken & beef bowls, 2 rolls. Daughter said rolls were good. Chicken & beef bowls, beef was half fat, GARBAGE! That's where the bowls went GARBAGE!
Won't recommend this place to anyone.

These are the sweetest people! I usually go here because they have amazing miso soup, sushi rolls, and salmon. I decided to get the salmon bowl, but made it spicy, and when I received it, there was sriracha all over it. I did not know that they have two versions of spicy—the sriracha way and the chili oil way. I prefer the chili oil because I am not a fan of sriracha, but when I spoke with a young woman about possibly changing it to the chili oil salmon bowl, they were so sweet and accommodating and I cannot appreciate them enough. Great food, service and people!

Tell me why on a 90-degree summer evening the owner is TO CHEAP TO RUN THE AIR CONDITIONER?!

I looked around inside & saw the inside of the building was registering a 102 degree reading on their own thermostat!

Their half-a**ed solution is running an OUTDOOR SWAMP COOLER on a haphazardly build stand to “cool” the inside down. I put “cool” in quotations because swamp coolers require a water bucket with WATER TO COOL THE AIR DOWN + A CONNECTION TO THE OUTSIDE TO CONTROL HUMIDITY.

This swamp cooler had neither & as a result, the inside of the building was hotter & more humid than outside!

To add insult to injury, I was told by customers and the staff that the “boss” is too cheap to run the central AC & when customers complain, she will turn it on for a while and wait for the complaining customers to leave then shut it off.

Here’s a bit of advice from a fellow business owner: if you’re too cheap to properly take care of your customers & your dining room, SHUT IT DOWN & RUN A DRIVE-THRU ONLY!

Honestly if you are going to charge so much for food, it would be nice to be able to enjoy it in your establishment. It is so hot inside and all lights are off. Fans are off nothing on. I feel terrible for the employees. People spend money here to enjoy a nice meal. So uncomfortable for the prices being charged.
