Walked into Arby’s just craving a sandwich and some peace. I’m at the counter about to order when this guy kicks open the door like it’s a bar fight in an old Western.
He’s yelling, “WHO CUT ME OFF IN THE DRIVE-THRU?! I’M LOOKING FOR BEEF!”
Everyone freezes.
Before I can even turn around, the Arby’s employee—cool as brisket—slides out from behind the counter, wipes his hands on his apron, and says:
“You’re looking for beef?”
The whole place goes quiet.
He steps forward, stares the guy down, and says:
“…We have the meats.”
BOOM. One swing. Dude hits the tile like an overcooked meat mountain.
The employee fixes his hat, nods at me, and says:
“Beef ‘n Cheddar, curly fries, extra Horsey Sauce. You’re all set.”
Five stars. Arby’s didn’t just have the meats. They became the beef.

It had been many years since I’d been to an Arby’s. I decided to try the Gyro which was very tasty. But what compelled me to write this review is how awesome Emily is. She was so kind and helpful, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

The mother and son team working here demonstrate an exemplary attitude and level of customer service that surpasses even that of many high-end or fine dining establishments. Ordered Fish Sandwich xtr Tarter, and Mozzarella Sticks All fresh made to order. It would have been 5 stars but you can taste the oil it was fried in and it wasn’t pleasant. Staff and Service was Great very polite.

We ordered 1 fish sandwich and 1 beef and cheddar. Instead, we got 2 fish sandwiches. They were not very good! I really wanted that beef sandwich!
Stopped by on a Sunday drive thru. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me. There was no one inside the lobby but 1 young girl cleaning the tables. Waited in line for 35 minutes. This is ridiculous never stopping here again.

I mean, come on, it's friday night at eight thirty.And this place is closed. I don't know how they even stay open.
The food is good but seems like the cheap @ss owners don't want to schedule enough help. Crazy long line and wait time and the poor fast food workers making garbage pay are doing their best. They were nice and helpful despite being slammed. I pin my bad experience solely on who made the schedule

Biach gave my boyfriend a nasty look before giving him an incomplete meal. If they give him all the money they owe him after giving him so many incomplete meals he'd be able to buy a new car already. 1/10.

Have been here on multiple occasions over the last 3 years, and lemme tell you, eating here is like gambling at a casino, except you don't win money. Instead, you're thrilled when you actually receive the food you paid for. I say this because this particular location has consistently left out food items from my order many times. Been holding back writing this review for awhile, but it's clear something needs to change. Getting tired of always missing the mozzarella sticks or fries or even the entire sandwich that comes with my meal. The food is decent, but even that has started to go down in quality. I hope this Arby's can make some improvements after all these years, because I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Sorry, not sorry ✌? (TLDR, if you're addicted to gambling, don't eat here ?)
