I highly recommend this place had a little incident with my order but Damon and Gabriel the two managers fix the problem. Instantly they treat you how you should be treated as customers and makes you want to keep on coming back someone needs to give the two managers a raise ❤️❤️❤️????❤️❤️❤️❤️ They are very respectable and take their jobs. This restaurant is a great deal. Here you get quantity and quality. No matter what Arby's I go to, they all have been great. ESCONDIDO, CA HESPERIA, CA HENDERSON, NV all have been outstanding.
My experience with this restaurant is super poor and bad with the way they know how to ignore your calls especially for a job is very frustrating and unprofessional. Something that doesn't look good on them at all. Especially if someone knows u and puts a bad word against u or something is still unprofessional. I will be going to corporate for this. Literally calling thousands of times and nothing. Worse people I swear bad review especially there slow.

Just went & got my order,got home & noticed my poppers there we're only 5 pieces and I ordered 8,so I got mad because tryed to call on phone it wouldn't answer, and I paid $8. 19 over a dollar a piece, really mad about that,I feel they owe me something ?

Just want to give a shout out to everyone that worked at this particular Arby's at 13140 East main Street they are so wonderful they were all professional and to be so young it's so enlightening and refreshing that these kids will young adults are professional and cared about their customers thank you

I just spent $22 on a double beef and cheddar with four piece mozzarella sticks and a regular size drink. I should’ve just went across the street to the Texas roadhouse to get a meal because it would’ve been cheaper. Ridiculous.
