I have been coming to this bakers since 2001. The customer service has gone severely down. With the introduction of the kiosk, I feel like the customer service is not there anymore. This place used to be welcoming and polite. Now it's come on, they stare at you and tell you go to the kiosk order. They don't bring your food out to you anymore. They put all the food in bags. Ridiculous.

I've got much better burgers at a church bbq. Extremely ordinary stuff. No napkins given for takeout, none at the tables, and the napkins chute at the counter is turned around away from the customers.

This place used to be good. I won't be back. I stopped in for lunch with my dad while running errands, thinking it would be a quick, cheap grab and go. Nope. Service was abysmal, food took 17 minutes to prepare, was cold when we got it, and was more expensive than a sit down restaurant. For $14, I expected a decent quantity of meat in my burrito. What I got was utter disappointment. The thing was 90% rice. And not even good rice. I didn't think it was possible, but they somehow made rice that was both soggy and crunchy simultaneously. Dad's burger wasn't any better. The lettuce was all stem and no leaf, and very bitter. The tomato was mushy, and they must have dumped half a container of sauce on the buns. The bacon they charged me for turned to powder the second he bit into it.
The ONLY thing that was decent about our entire meal was the chili cheese fries, which were... $6.29! Good, but nowhere near worth it.
Not sure what happened to this place, but I will NEVER darken their doorways with my shadow ever again. Sad to see what used to be a favorite place go.

Very good food. They are pretty quick to give me my food. They don't take your order unless you insist, they make you use the kiosks. Not everyone is tech savvy. I've seen people leave because of the frustration, and my partner gets frustrated too by the kiosks.

Never again. Not o Lyndon they get my order wrong, there was an actual line of people that had wrong orders that were waiting to get their order corrected. I was charged $50 for an incorrect order. Ended up walking out with what they gave me after waiting for help long enough without help. The food tastes horrible. Waste of time and money.
Great food close to home maybe 10+ years ago, now it's small portions and rude employees, sad after 30yrs of loving bakers now I just pass by it remembering what it used to be
