Got the new SpongeBob meals and they didn't pack my full order. Missing the toys, for $16 I expect the whole meal to be there....and the poppers were stale as if they've been sitting for days ...after seeing im not the only one in the reviews, would not come here again...

You know you place an order in the Drive-Thru and you get home and you don't get all your food. I know they're busy but when somebody orders food they should you know get what they ordered, what they paid for and I tried to call and call and call and it's just busy. Tried to call the headquarters of Burger King. No answer. I'm not going over there again right now because school just got out. There's a million people out so I get screwed. Order two chicken sandwiches only get one

They are ALWAYS slow! And I don't just mean the people, the service sucks, and they forget items often. Call corporate and let them know these guys freakin suck

I normally don't go to too many fast food places, but.... I decided to go to Burger King and get me the deal...two sandwiches for six bucks, and I'm thinking I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich and a Whopper jr. So I whip out my cash app card, and I say hi, after the guy says hello, welcome. Is it going to be cash or card he asks? I said it'll be a debit card. And he points behind me, and says the kiosk??? I turned around and walked out of the Burger King and I'll never go back. Here's why. If I have to go to a fast food restaurant where the kids are getting over 20 bucks an hour and I got to do my own work... you're freaking out of your mind. You want me to go in and do all the ordering for myself pay for it and all you do is hand me the bag. The day I use a kiosk to order food is the day I'm working there, which will be never.

They forgot to salt my fries. They don't have the best fries to begin with, but with no salt, I had to throw them away. Chicken BLT was good though.

I ordered 4 sandwiches that was suppose to have egg on them! What I got was 4 sandwiches that had a non measurable slice of egg! I have to wonder who owns this place now. The same thing was happening at the Burger King on Palmdale Rd. and route 395. This is disgusting.
