I work at the Walmart down the street and this is by far the best Burger King in the highest desert but 9 out of 10 times I order online and select Dining In it takes me walking up to the counter to get my food or to get my food started. Today I walked in, sat down and ordered my food. Almost 30 min later still nothing. Go to the counter and they hadn’t even started yet. Also was I handed a trey? Nope handed a damn to go bag!! I even asked this time why it took almost 30 min and the guy said we've been busy. I told him I'd been sitting in the booth the whole time. No they weren't busy enough to forget me for almost 30 min and what if I was still waiting in the booth? How much longer was I going to wait in an almost empty dining room??
I've been putting this review off for the past 2 years but I'm done. I'll go take my chances with the other Burger King's in the area.

It's burger king, now the NO SERVICE WAY. You have to place your order and USE A CREDIT CARD. no special deals, any more.🥴. They can keep their modern days ways. I am not going to do all the orders,pay with a credit card for expense bla food. Go to a restaurant for Good food and SERVICE

First time, I actually tried burger king in my area on main street.Just off the fifteen freeway always second guessed it.Because it always looked like it was either closed or not enough.People going through but the food is very good.Everything was warm, they got a new customer

Would give 0stars if I could. I placed a Uber Eats order for 4 bundle deals and a drink that amounted to practically $80 and they only gave the driver one meal. The uber driver should have asked more questions but the order clearly says 4 meals why would they only hand the driver one bag

You know fast food is so incredibly expensive and you get so little for your money but at least Burger King tries. I highly recommend getting their app because you can get good deals. They frequently have free french fries and you can get a large if you want. It really helps. The employees are all very nice even though they’re often understaffed I swear sometimes it’s one person running the restaurant but when they get to you, they’re very cheerful and the food is always hot.
I just lost my mom and was feeling down. My husband took me through the drive through to get me something to eat. Your server at the drive thru tonight made me smile with her excellent customer service. I am glad that she was the person at the drive through because her enthusiasm was infectious and made my day!
