They have an automated order taker. It's like talking to a wall. It can't hear and will cut you off. Horrible! Soooooooo irritating. People that work here look like the don't shower or wash their clothes either. And the prices are horrible. Shut them down!

this drive through took 15 mins with no one else in line, food was lukewarm and expensive very disappointed other locations are way better, didn’t expect bad performance for such high competition on Main Street. Cherry on top the worker looked like he hated his life very rude for no reason

How is this place still getting business??

Tried to order food but the woman didn’t seem to understand us fully. We had to repeat ourselves constantly and when she repeated everything back she left out sizes and specifics so it sounded right. When we got to the window and got the receipt… it was not right. We told the man at the window and he asked if we were charged for the smaller size/option and took our card to charge us the difference first before offering to fix the food.

I was shocked when he asked us to give back the whole bag of food so that they could remake everything for the two items that were wrong, instead of just replacing those two things! When we pointed this out he said “Well I can remake it, but I figured you didn’t want to be charged for a second one”… so we would have to pay to fix your mistake?

The food wasn’t great, not going here again.

Carl’s Jr should probably start selling their sauces like jack in the box because if someone wants sauce with their dry burger and want to pay just let them. I feel like they upset more customers being greedy with sauces than anything. I don’t see Carl’s Jr staying in the fast food game long.

Our drive through order was messed up and we went inside to let them know and they serve the drive through line before we got our food made no body look happy they made me feel like I owed them money and that's a terrible feel it's going to be a while before I go back.
