It’s not that high-end restaurant I used to know a lot has changed they need to work more on customer service

My mother and I took some family friends there this morning, one is deaf and the other is elderly and extremely hard of hearing. The waitress was extremely rude given the situation. No patience at all. She even had a physical fit because our friend changed her mind about what she wanted to drink. The waitress hardly checked on us and actively avoided my mom when she went to ask for a box. Then at checkout had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip on the card. Completely unprofessional and rude. I normally have large family functions there during the holidays but I’ll be looking for a new venue after today’s event.

Definitely the best place for authentic Mexican food in the High desert! Low prices and all the staff is very friendly. Me and all my girlfriends love their Chips and salsa and pictures of beer!

My husand and I waited and waited, then when we asked about our food because we had waited so long, they thought they had brought our food out. After they finaly served us they never came to check on us. The menudo was salty too.

I been there two times and they take forever to serve your food. The wait is very long even if they don’t customers.

Be careful. I ordered a carne burrito with chile verde sauce. Menu said $9 but they charged me $15. And the burrito was cold. Very disappointing. I was in a hurry so I didn’t ask why the price was what it was. Beer was around $11. What is this world coming to. Weeknights dinner meals should not be $26, then you have to add tax & tip. Not worth it if you ask me.
