Sandwich is delicious but the bread always not strong enough to contain the meat and gets soggy fast.

They forgot a sandwich im so sad!! They wont answer me when i call they unhooked the line because i kept calling. Horrible experience. Im pregnant and they dont have the decency to answer!!

First time at Charleys Cheesesteaks. The entire experience from beginning to end was a good choice. They also serve $1 vanilla ice cream 🍦. Note: You might need a spoon like I did.

Frozen food is absolute garbage. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and them bad boys are still frozen on the inside. Not sure how difficult it is to operate a deep fryer but cheese and rice.

First off, the prices are ridiculous. I ordered the chicken philly and there was hardly any meat on it and what meat was on it tasted old. It was nasty. I took it back and got wings instead. I wasn't impressed with them either. It came with a butt liad of fries which I didn't want and then I had to pay an extra dollar for a tiny little side of ranch! I mean really, for the price I paid for 2 sandwiches with a shit ton of fries but not one serving of ranch unless you pay for it.
Then to top it off the place was very dirty inside. I had to wipe down a table before we could sit because every table in the place was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. I was hoping for a new place to eat but it aint gonna be this place. Not impressed at all. Service was very slow too. No sense of urgency. Don't waste your money. Almost $30.00 for 2 sandwiches. The place is a rip off! 😕

Stopped in to sample their $.70 boneless wings (Mondays and Tuesdays only) and they were so good! I got Scorpion (extremely hot but very good) and lemon pepper. Wish I had ordered more. Will definitely be back next week.

I gave it a 4 star because the prices are a bit high but the food is good

Just ordered takeout, honestly very dissapointing overall especially the ranch dressing which is supposed to be a highlight in wings tasted gross and it was lukewarm. Korean BBQ wings were the only thing I liked the garlic parm was flavorless as well as the chicken sandwich. Never trying out this place again.
