Bacon cheese fries had a tiny bit of cheese and bacon. Not impressed. They didn't look anything close to the picture.

The place overcharges you and acts stupid about it.. terrible service. A meal that costs 12.28 comes out 13 and change with tax ..they tried to charge me $15 and change in hidden fees.. do not waste your money here

Just getting over the worse food poisoning I have ever had! Ate here Wednesday for lunch this was the only thing I ate that day. Starting around midnight I had the worst stomach cramps and diarrhea which lasted a full two days. I got the chicken California meal. I’m thinking it was either the mayo or ranch that was spoiled. I ended up at urgent care it was that bad! Smdh. I will never eat here ever again. Honestly after this it makes me never want to eat fast food again!

Very disappointed the food was not up par. The ice tea taste old did not get enough sauce on the sandwichs the cheese bacon french fries did not taste right on the computer 1 and 10 you get a 2

I had given up on this brand… I was near by and decided to give it shot. Again.. I got the old school… Philly.. really good… price is as expected, everything is expensive.. but for me it was worth the 18 dollars …

The cashier Blake has a bad attitude and should not be interacting with customers if I come back and he’s the cashier I will not be ordering the food was always great..

I used to go to Charley's at the mall when I was a teenager and I've got to say, this is better than it was at the mall. I'm guessing it's the fresher ingredients or something but this was pleasant surprise. I'm glad they opened up down the street.

I had to wait 23 minutes to pick up my food after getting text from DoorDash that my food is ready for pick up before arriving there but ended up waiting and the chicken was dry they forgot to put my fries as well but gave it to me after , there was only 2 employees working for restaurant they need more than 2 people
I saw the employee opening one sandwich box like 4 times to make sure for what order was it for and then checked the rest
I always order from Charley but different location never waited that long

I've been looking forward to checking this place out since they opened. Finally got the chance the other night, and I'm never going back. I downloaded their app and ordered for pickup. Arrived 8 minutes after the pickup time, and there were four customers in the store total. Three of them were eating ice cream, and one gentleman waiting with a receipt in his hand looking very annoyed. I asked for my order, and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, I was handed the wrong order. Luckily, I checked the order and we discovered it belonged to the other gentleman who was waiting. The two gentlemen working, (One on the grill, and the other at the register) we're moving slow as molasses. The food was mediocre at best. I won't be back.

Horrible experience on a pick-up order. Management needs a lesson in scheduling during peak days/times. Waited almost an hour seated right in front of the counter.. no name or number called. Rather than argue with the kids working, figured I'll just let folks know here on Google, and put in a call to corporate during the week to report. It's no wonder this location has less than 4 stars.

Just left this place and was not pleased. Was told they could not help us because staff was working on a catering order. Said we could wait 45 minutes. We only have a half hour window for. Went directly over to Castanedas and got quality service. Charlies had very poor and rude service. I have never been told they don't need business as soon as we walk through the door.

Everything came out quick and I love the batter they put on the Mozz sticks its almost like the bar

The cashier wasn't too friendly. He also asked my niece for her number, not very professional. The food was great though. My drink was way too sweet. I had the lemonade.

If you have the choice go to the one in the mall or Walmart. not sure if Blake likes his job or if he was having a rough day but he was very rude the other two team members in the back making the food were very polite welcoming. Blake just seemed irritated people came in. I personally don’t like going into restaurant and the service I received from Blake was one of the main reasons I use drive through typically I would just let it go but he was rude and short with everyone who came after me me so I know it was not just me reading into things.
