Food was typical Chipotle. Service was dry, unfriendly and cold. The place was dirty. Every single table was dirty, floors were dirty. Trash cans were full, the kitchen counters were dirty and the young ladies were chit chatting. The restrooms were clean.

I ate here and the lettuce was dry in my burrito bowl, and I also had a pleasant surprise with a beetle in the lettuce. And then the manager didn't even want to give me a refund and was rude. Gross. Don't recommend coming here unless you want a beetle in your lettuce.

If you take it to go, your food cools down within 3 mins and there very very stingy with the protein choices and I really don't like how they move you thru like cattle.
This location is honestly the worst Chipotle we’ve ever visited. The place was dirty all around, trash cans overflowing, the self-serve station for water and utensils was a complete mess, and the overall appearance was just ugly and unkept. It makes you wonder what kind of management is in place here, because it clearly needs serious attention and oversight.
With how high the prices are nowadays, this level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable. We couldn’t even enjoy the food because the environment was so unappetizing. We hope corporate or regional management steps in soon this place does not meet the standards of the Chipotle brand.

I came in to get my pick up which was just a simple kids meal after my long shift. The employees treated me with disrespect and as if I was wasting all their time just for them to hand me my pick up bag. They hardly spoke to me and if they did it was very rude or backhanded. I dont recall any of their names but one looked like she ate the entire chipotle. Maybe she's the refrigerator where they keep everything?

I have ordered pickup a few times from this location, I am always happy to order here because they PACK the portions into those bowls! Very pleased that they always pay attention to my double the chicken, I’ve gone to other locations that give half the portions even when I pay for extra. Sad to see some other reviews about the customer service but I’ve experienced nothing but great people.

I’ve been a big fan of Chipotle for years, but things have really changed. I paid $17 for a bowl, and the portion was way smaller than it used to be. I’ve even seen on social media that some servers act like they’re the ones paying for the food with how carefully they scoop. It’s disappointing to see the quality and value go down like this. Chipotle used to be my go-to, but now it just feels overpriced for what you get.
