I'm considering returning this food but it probably won't accomplish anything. I just ordered a carnitas taco on a flour tortilla with cheese and sour cream and salsa on the side. I like to dip my taco in the ingredients on the side instead of having it served on top of the meat. Usually it's less messy this way. I also asked and repeated my request for mild salsa. I was served a good sized portion of carnitas on a nice size tortilla BUT the grease was pooling and running off the food, it actually saturated the paper bag. And I don't know why the server gave me a side of xxxx hot green salsa instead of a mild red but my mouth is still burning 10 minutes later. And the green sauce just didn't pair well at all with the grease ball on a tortilla. Shame on you! How can you serve people garbage like this? It didn't do you or me any good. I'm still hungry but the two bites I took made me queasy and I will NEVER eat here again. I was raised in the restaurant business. Chronic Tacos could serve good and delicious food for the same price and effort put into serving inedible garbage I wouldn't feed my dogs. Your wait staff was nice, friendly etc but then why confirm I wanted mild salsa and then serve me something lIke ghost pepper green sauce. And I ordered to go. And tipped the guy. For takeout. Are you trying to go broke? If so, I guess you're on point. I don't try to hurt a person's business usually but the people who own/run/ manage this Chronic Taco are doing exactly that, to themselves. So I'm just trying to warn people. Check your food before you pay for it. It might save ypu a lot of trouble.

I absolutely love this place. The people working there are awesome. We always stop here when we go motorcycle riding. We get gas and always get burritos for breakfast or dinner on the way home.
The dudes are ALWAYS in a good mood. Sometimes we call right when they open at the butt crack of dawn and place orders over the phone so it’s ready when we get there.
The food is always great. Breakfast burritos or the carnitas burritos. I actually do carnitas breakfast burritos too. They are the bomb. You can’t go wrong with this place. The guys working should get a raise. They are the coolest. This is not a paid review LOL

Had a really unfortunate experience last night, we ordered 3 separate items and somehow u guys mixed all of our meats up I ordered carne for my fries and got el pastor and pineapple like tf. And when our churros didn’t come they said we couldn’t get a refund cause we ordered online and the best they can do is give us more churros that’s not even there. Horrible experience all together if u want ur food mixed up with things u didn’t order well this place is for u.

I tried it for the first time and i was very surprised, the food was great tasting. I decided to try it even after the review i read about the worker touching food with sane gloves he was using to clean in. I was having a fine time ordering until an employee walf in with a full head of curley hair and patchey beard, no hair net or anything besides a hat. If he were making my food i would have walked out. I might try this place again if they can address this issue until then i cant recomend it.
I have been to this particular location a dozen times, and they have great service! But I have to give a one star this time. I had a not so good experience on my recent visit. I went to order my food, and I noticed two young men cleaning the cooking area. This is where it turned gross to me. When I placed my order, one of the guys stopped cleaning and with the same dirty gloves, pick up my flour tortilla without washing his hands or changing the gloves! I was like, NO THANK YOU!!!
I want you all to understand something. This restaurant has always been "Five Stars" to me, so I will return, but hopefully not under the same circumstances.

THE YOUNG GIRL WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR AND GLASSES WAS EXTREMELY NICE VERY PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS GREETED US RITE WHEN WE WALKED TO COUNTER ..SHE MADE OUR FOOD PERFECT …THE TALL AFRICAN AMERICAN WAS RUDE …with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL WE SAID HELLO AND HE DIDNT RESPOND…THE YOUNG GIRL WAS AWESOME THEY NEED MORE WORKERS LIKE HER…SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE A MANAGER….SHE DESERVES A HIGHER PAY …WE LOVED HER SERVICE SO BECAUSE OF HER PROFESSIONALISM WE WILL BE BACK …OH YEA THE FOOD WAS GREAT …HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

For fast food it is above average for sure. A bit pricey, but I've never regretted my decision to eat there. It's located inside a gas station mini mart so yeah the atmosphere sucks

All ingredients are pre-cooked, so expect dry and tough meat, cold rice, etc. The price is good for a big burrito, but their deceptive pricing is not okay. Also, the server who served us yesterday (with glasses and distinctive ears) was almost rude, indifferent, and cold as ice. While they tried to overcharge me, they told me that I had bought extras, but I was not aware of them. The server told me that guacamole was extra, but did not tell me that the meat was extra...why???!
