The two gentleman working there today (3/7/24) were awesome. Super nice demeanor, on top of answering questions- offered a sample of a meat when I asked about the flavor. Quickly worked to get me 5 burritos and chips in a quick manner and very polite. The burritos are amazing! Huge with tons of flavor!Thanks guys!

I'm a creature of habit and Chronic taco is usually my choice of quick and delicious tacos, I reserve my 5* due to the salsa being inconsistent with how runny or thick it could be but at least the taste is consistent as well as good and I've had several taco shells over cooked that made them difficult to eat but it's usually well made

I love going to chronic taco's when I'm in California!! The asada street tacos are my favorite!! definitely get the chips and guacamole it's incredible!! Staff is great and friendly and everything was super clean!!

In 2020, I placed an online order to minimize contact with other patrons inside. (Not because I was scared of people; they were scared of me because I refused to wear a mask.) I showed up 30 mins after I placed the order and it was not ready. Their excuse was that they had not received my order and were actually not equipped to handle online orders. It was a newer location, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I walked back in 20 mins later to pick up my order and they refused to give it to me because I still would not wear a mask. The order was ready and waiting behind the counter and they still refused to give it to me. I said okay, I'll take a refund then, and walked out. Months later, after writing their main social media pages, calling a corporate number that only led me to a voicemail, and calling the store manager, I received an email that they were "aware of the situation" and would handle the refund. I never received it.For some reason I decided to give them another shot in 2023 since Covid was a thing of the past and the food has been good at every other location I've visited. The employees looked bored, acted rude, and handled the food roughly. Lesson learned.

Quick service friendly crew, tasty food. The surf n turf burrito was great! Shrimp tacos are bomb! Even the mash potato taco was great, salsa are good but could use a bit more heat!

Nice place to stop get fuel and food on your way to Lucerne valley from Ranchero Road Exit They have a drive-thru. There's a extra mile store,Fatburger inside with Chronic Tacos.
