2 weeks ago, I left a review about bad flavor of burnt beans and Not finishing our order of burritos that we brought home, (I provided pictures of receipt and burritos) knowing the rest have beans ..so why bother eating the others I bought $22. And change. Money gone down the drain $$. You Kindly advised me on here, to contact a website. As I did and haven't gotten any respond. Thank you

I was waiting to order a bold burrito when I started to over hear what I assume is the manager at the time, she was a little shorter with dirty blonde hair, she started being very loud and with a strong attitude addressing one of the workers telling him to be faster at work, and that if he didn't work faster she was going to start writing him up and the whole store just felt really uncomfortable to be in at the moment so I just left, personally I value all the work everyone does at their job and everyone works at different places and different styles as a manager you should be aware of this and be able to handle it properly.

I saw a manger (bigger lady, dark blonde ponytail, Caucasian) raising her voice at an employee, very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. She was making remarks about the employee not doing a task within the time of his shift, and then proceeded to bark more tasks at him even though she asked him to clock out. Higher ups, keep an eye on your staff

Check your food, employees can’t read and don’t put everything you order in you bags. Instead say yeah we know we forgot items and you can come back. Garbage.

I come here for the fries 🍟 and everytime I have to send them back because there cold? Since when do you charge for extra limes? The young man was so rude because I said my fries 🍟 were cold. He didn't believe me and proceeded to put his hands all over checking to see if the were hot ? Who does that. Then tells me to wait in back of store to get hot fries. There are so many homeless people back there just looking at you for your food. This location need help real bad 👎

Not worth it.. I stopped here for the first and will never go back. They won't take your order and tell you to use the kiosk .. If you want something special you have to tell them verbally if the kiosk don't offer it.. Why bother.. They were so rude. OH one last thing.. The sign says skip the line FAST AND FRESH.. I waited why longer for my food.

I disliked they force you to use the touch screen to order second the food was such poor quality the Asada tacos looked like literally dog food greasy tasted old diffently wasn't made today probably days old more grease and sauce it was cooked it it was not only disgusting I would not even feed it to my dog I will never eat here again
