I placed my order online. And waited for the selected delivery time. Past my selected time and waited for a few more minutes. And nothing. So my wife and I tried calling and no one answered. So I jump in my truck to see what was going on and I find out the place was closed. My account got charged for my order with out the store being opened. How does that work. I get to the front door and I see this sign that says store closing at 3:30 on 1/20/24 regular hours will resume on the 21st. And guess what today isb1/21/24 and it's 8:20 pm and store is closed. Will be disputing this charge on my account.

Don't waste your time going here, I have never experienced such terrible service from a restaurant. On October 31, my family and I placed two online orders and drove over for pickup, only to find out they had closed early "for the day." There was no notice of this prior, the website was still up and running with their hours stating they were open. I had already placed my order at this point, so I could NOT pick up my food that day even though I had already paid. The next day later when they were supposed to be open, we came back to pick up the order, only to find out the SAME sign on Halloween was still up and they were STILL closed. We did not pick up our food until 11/2, waiting TWO days.Then, on 11/10, I arrived with a coupon for a buy one get one 50% off two meat plate that I received from the same restaurant, only to be told that they would not honor it. The cashier who stated he would not honor it called a manager who told him to refuse to use it. These coupons are still valid and were still sitting out for customers to take and use, but apparently they can't be used. Why leave the coupons out then? On top of that, the order ended up missing a side of potato salad.I really enjoy the food here, but this behavior is truly unacceptable. I have never left a Yelp review, but I have never been so stunned by a restaurant's customer service and its employees. I do not recommend this place to anyone else and just can't visit here anymore. I don't know if anybody has noticed but the portions Of food have gone down you're much smaller now and less amount Of me and including all the sides, They no longer have the ice cream machine.

This place doesn't answer their phone tried to order thru Uber eats and they were closed, when online it said they were open. Unfortunately will not be ordering from them again although when they do decide to work, their food is good.

Absolute garbage. I recently ordered dickies 2 weeks in a row. Complete failure on their end. I did not take a picture the 1st week of the charcoal burnt brisket they served me. But here is the double smoked chicken they chopped up into taco meat. This was week 2.Left several voice messages with the corporate customer service number about the food quality. Not one single returned call.SAD.@willie_the_food_guy say ? no to dickies bbq.

I have ordered the giant loaded baked potato from rancho location and Victorville location. But what they gave me at this area. Location isn't even the giant load of baked potato! My son waited for 35 minutes to get a potato with a dollop of sour cream and two pieces of meat. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!

No Bueno!!! We ordered take out online, waited for the time it said on the app, and even a few mins more, and when we got there, they knew nothing about our order. She had to search the system for our order, and then we had to wait again. After all of that hassle we finally were able to eat and it was not even worth it. The food sucked, and to make up for the hassle all they gave us was a free soda. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will not be returning here.
