The food is really good, the place is clean, they have a wide menu! Best of all, Mona's customer service is ustending!

Hands down the best place!! We just found our new favorite spot.

For 2 meat only tacos and the smallest bean and cheese I've ever got a mexican food place they charged over 17 bucks . To expensive for less product now days I won't be back .

The place has been opened for 14 months now but still has the service of the first inexperienced days. I have given the place about three chances because I had hoped it would get better as they gained more experience, but today, it made me realize it's not happening, and I'm never coming back again. I will base my experience on today's visit and not previous ones just to be fair.
Pro: Place is always very clean
Cons:
- prices are always changing, and don't post prices in the menu or in posts around restaurant.
-when you need to pay your bill you're not shown your tab so you can agree or disagree and once you pay, your receipt still doesn't have a price per item.
- no napkins,salt and pepper and sauces on table
-menudo was cold, and granos were hard
-had to get up and ask for more forks because we were not given enough for the food ordered.
- no refill on chips
-no refill on coffee
-bland white chocolate milk
-bland agua fresca
- I requested 3 kids size breakfasts which we did get( 2 small pancakes,1 bacon and 1 egg), but for the price of 12.99 each!! My family and I like to spoil ourselves and go out multiple times a week, but have never paid this insane prices. $39 just for 3 small plates without including the beverage.
Overall, I paid $90 for one burrito, one small menudo, 3 kids breakfast and drinks. I don't know, sounds over priced for me.

Me and the hubby went today for our first time and did a take out order………prices were good I’ll give them that but they completely messed up my burrito ?
I ordered the green wet burrito and got home to a dry burrito………..not only because it wasn’t a wet one but I got carnitas and they were dry already………..sad thing is I even asked and paid for extra sauce and cheese and didn’t even have cheese in the burrito ?

We were first time customers place was clean good service friendly however, our burrito was a chile Verde beans and rice burrito with all beans n rice and only 2 small shredded pieces of meat we were very disappointed I called to let them know and they didn't even offer to make it right they did say sorry but I feel ripped off I should have been charged for a bean and rice burrito not what I paid for a chile Verde burrito. My advise is before u leave the restaurant open your burrito make sure it has the meat u paid for in it. They lost us as future customers and our family that live in the area.

The chips and salsa were great 10/10 mango smoothie 10/10 I got the small or medium and it came in a large the pozole it was good needed more granitos they just gave me all meat 10/10 will e coming back

The foods tastes stale they run a meat Market inside cutting their meats is so loud you can't hear each other talk the rice and beans taste like they have been previously frozen ?the chile relleno taste of rotten ?
