This Domino's usually does a good job. The pizzas are usually fresh and not overcooked. Love the Domino's app use it all the time... and love the free pizza

Order#36 I've had the expected amount of problems with any restaurant. I've had several issues with this dominos unfortunately. Between not being able to cut a pizza. To long waiting periods. I have never raised a complaint because I understand stuff happens. But the pizzas I received today were mostlyempty air bubbles. I paid for extra cheese and I didn't even receive the regular amount of cheese. Whatever that is now. Since they want to double prices cut the portions in half and the quality has dropped. I'm just very disappointed.

this has been my go to pizza spot since we moved into our new house. i've never had a bad experience everyone involved in the order has always been so pleasant to deal with. Thank you for your hospitality to everyone there

The bad reviews confuse me. This is the BEAT Dominos in the whole high desert! Customer service and the pizza is always yummmmay! Kevin, you are also AWESOME!I recently made a comment about the car side timer and the GM (I believe his name is Kevin.. I also forget names 2 minutes after hearing them) actually made it a point to come say hi, introduce himself and wanted to make sure our experience is great and we have no issues in the future. (Even though we weren’t upset or mad.. just saying) They do an excellent job at this location and we’ve been ordering here since it opened. Idk if people are reviewing the wrong locations or what but we always have great experiences at this one.Thank you guys for all that you do! Thank you Kevin, you’re awesome man.

I ordered from here last night, my order was wrong by the time I called the store, it was closed. I called today to explain the issue and was told I was calling the wrong location, I asked if they were the dominos by the target shopping center, the guy said no. Which is clearly a lie. I verified the address and they confirmed it was the correct store, in the target shopping center. I asked for a Manager, and got a guy named William who stated he was the manager but he is actually the Assistant manager, another lie. William proceeded to tell me that he was unable to access orders from the previous day, but later on throughout the call stated he would pull it up. Another lie. He continued to argue about the quality of my food and said quote “ I made it so it was correct” I’ve never had an employee play games the way these workers did. The lying and argumentative attitude was uncalled for. I reminded the worker that his own company records their calls and I wanted to speak to a GM/HR, then he changed his whole attitude and said he would replace my order. The point though is that I shouldn’t have to argue and be lied to multiple times in order to fix an issue that I have with my food. Customer service was TERRIBLE.

Don't call and order online. I ordered and they made a mistake on my order. And also didn't offer me a discount. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to make my order right. Also the call center is over seas so you can't understand who your talking too and they can't understand you

As a regular Domino-er I have been to plenty Domino's locations, this one takes the cake EVERY time. My order is always correct and the employees are genuinely nice. Extra shout out to Kevin who literally presents the true definition of excellent customer service time after time!
