the food is good, I ordered double chicken and didnt get it, I asked for ranch didnt get it. I don't want to make excuses but they were busy and that could have played a roll. I will return again and give them another shot

Just spent over $300 on a catered order for our annual Christmas lunch. Again, the food and service were fantastic. Also, no price increase over last year’s order, which was a good thing! Very happy!!

2 days ago I ordered the Mac n cheese and queso dip. Little did I know I was going to experience the worst food poisoning I ever experienced. Symptoms started 15 minutes after eating those items. Please be careful, restaurant needs to follow safety measures. Luckily it was me and not my kids.

The service was completely unacceptable. All employees appeared stressed, and there was chaos in the kitchen with yelling and confusion. The cashier likely gave my order to the wrong customer because I waited over half an hour for my food. When I asked the cashier about the delay and why my order was skipped, he rudely asked if I wanted a refund. I told him no; I just wanted my order. The manager then stepped in, apologized for his staff's poor behavior, and took responsibility for correcting the mistake. Employees definitely need proper training on handling such situations. While I understand that problems can occur, staff should be trained to treat customers with respect. The employee's rudeness was unacceptable, but the manager's attitude was commendable—they clearly handle these issues daily. Despite the poor service, the food was excellent.

If you want to be ignored when you walk up to the counter then this is the place to go. The manager he said his name was Fransico he was the worst. I had to threaten to call the Police to get my money back.The service was the awful.

The food is always great here, as of customs service not so much. What happened to manners or common courtesy now days??You are hardly even greeted with a hello or hi . Telling the drive through worker thank you a few times and they don’t even say anything back is definitely Rude. Cooking the food would be a better position. ?

Food is good, not gourmet but tasty. Many times some salsa are not available. Crunchy shredded chicken taco is a little too crispy because it will continue to crack and fall apart in different places after each bite.
